Thank you so much for taking the time to do this video. I was curious to see the new models. Very nice. I'm not a fan of the kitchen cabinets that have two colors. It's a bit confusing to my eye. But otherwise the new homes are lovely.

So far I like the Robin best. Although that one I could view the floor plan on the app. I'm not sold on the premier home models. I like the original premier models better.

Hi guys , great job with video . The bond is a scam . Im looking to move Florida soon and will not pay a bond . The prices their getting for these homes should cover the cost for roads and the infrastructure . 140,000 for a pool ? thats a little steep . Thanks for all the info , again great job.

nice video but those prices are too damn high they cant sell the houses in dabney what is the villages thinking people in that area are not rich

These are the home prices we were given, as it is was of filming, not including the furniture.
What about insurance on a fenced in patio villa?
Not sure about that. Sorry I can't help you with that question. But, thanks for watching! They didn't have any patio villas on the tour which was disappointing.
What is strange to me for the cost of the home they use wire shelving in the closets.

Love the new house and like they are using black windows on some. I do like the white cabinets and the navy island. Only when the cabinets are white. Nice touch. They really need to do away with those silly soap dishes above the bench. Hit your head hazard! Epic fail!
