  • Hong Kong Style French Toast, more crisp on the outside than western-style French toast. One of my favorite breakfast. Crispy outside and soft inside with peanut butter, yummy!

    ✅ Ingredients
    6 Slices of Toast
    Coating: 1 pcs Egg + ¼ Cup Milk
    Filling: Peanut butter
    Pan-frying: 2 Tbsp Butter
    For serving: sugar powder, condensed milk, golden syrup, or honey
    ⭐ Tips:
    If you bread slice is thick, you may only need 2 slice together.
    Don't soak the bread into the coating liquid too long, 3 seconds enough.
    Pan-fry at low heat for all sides. High heat may burn the outside before it gets crispy.
    ✅ 奶香外脆里软的 西多士, 一个鸡蛋,来点牛奶,抹上花生酱,无需油炸,在家制作好吃的 港式西多士。 和西式的French Toast比,西多士厚厚的, 脆脆的, 更加的好吃。
    ✅ 食材:
    6 片吐司
    沾的蛋奶液: 1个鸡蛋+ 60g 牛奶
    油煎: 30g 黄油
    内馅 :花生酱 适量
    装饰配料: 糖粉适量, 糖浆, 炼乳, 蜂蜜均可。
    ⭐ 小贴士
    如果你用的是厚吐司, 可能两片就够了。
    不要再蛋奶液中浸泡太久, 心里默数3秒即可。 要不然口感太湿哒哒不好吃。
    小火将每一面煎好,火力太大容易煎糊。
