Is Nevada’s best kept secret just 30 minutes outside of Las Vegas?? Part 1

We took a road trip for the day just 25 miles outside of downtown Las Vegas to visit the quaint, small town of Boulder City, Nevada. With no gambling and a growth ordinance on its population, it is a completely different world than its’ neighboring city, Las Vegas. The heart of its historic downtown district is filled with mom-and-pop small businesses including bars, restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, antique stores and much more making this a fun day trip for the whole family. We stopped by a few of these local businesses in this segment including:
00:45 - The Coffee Cup, which was featured on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives
01:24 - Beer Zombies, a tap room with patio games and local beer
03:32 - Cornish Pasty, a restaurant and bar which also has a DTLV location in the heart of the arts district
