Its Mark. This is an audio from an joke version of a popular internet horror series "The Mandela Catalogue" in which creatures called alternates roam earth. Those alternates can shapeshift into your loved ones and use your biggest fears against you Mark Heathcliff got an call from his Best Friend/Neighbor asking him to turn on the cameras he installed after he got robbed. Mark agreed to go although Cesar was an Alternate. Mark was trapped with an alternate outside for 3 days without Water or Food supplies. the Third day Mark went insane. He had a firearm and tried to shoot the alternate, Although the tries were failed. He decided that he will shoot himself and so he did. Mark shot himself because of an effect named M.A.D which stands for Metaphysical Awareness Disorder, it makes people wanna kill themselves and is passed to alternates victims by them. The effect can be avoided by not being afraid of the Alternates. The text "Uh oh, Bad Decision Mark!" Show up on screen when after a few seconds Marks Dead Body gets recorded by "Cesar". The real Cesar Torres was confirmed to be still alive although he is tormented by alternates saying "Mark Died Because of You!". Vol.2 number 3 and four mention different characters although the choice to watch it is yours.
