- Now, here we jump into something very different. It’s my first collaboration with a French automaker, and when I saw this new Peugeot 408 GT, I thought it would be interesting to place it in front of my lens. I really think that it’s a good looking car, and I always try to make the best possible video with any car out there, so hope you all like it. Are you a fan of this 408 GT?

Peugeot have absolutely nailed the front end look of their cars but that bloody big ugly lump of plastic on the rear that looks like it has just been threw on as some kind of afterthought is hideous ...at the very least they could have colour coded it to match the car ...what a pity the 408 is such a good looking car as well ...ok Peugeot listen up...next 408 model leave the front well alone, replace the gear lever with something classier than a lever from a plastic toy pedal car , throw in a 2 litre petrol engine only with a least a minimum of 200 hp and replace that bloody hideous rear plastic bumper with something colour coded with twin pipes sticking out of it and I'd buy one in a heartbeat ...a car that looks this good deserves better...
PS ...and put some decent wheels on it as well ...phew ! there , got that of my chest .

Prefer the 2019 Peugeot 508GT both inside and outside. And the old logo is way better looking. The new 408 is too high, looks bulky, plastic and polygonal. But still better looking than many other brands and cars today.
The problem is the huge price for the phev version

looks great, but until they make a 2.0T engine to compete with other hot hatchbacks, they will always be last on the list to buy by the young drivers. 1.6 engine they been using for the past 10 years just doesn't cut it.

No, because of the rear side. The bumper is ugly. I far prefer the 308 which is magnificent on every side.

I have the GT hybrid, in cumulus gray , it looks better in reality trust me , plastic matching the rest of the body color.

I total agree and I own one peugeot 308 GT 1.5 diesel, 8 speed Eat box. But would recommend as good on fuel and no ULEZ to pay in the UK as emissions are just under the national/international parameters
Great looking car, but the designers SHIT ON THEMSELVES with that rear matte black bumber. Its the MOST incompatible design I have ever seen...

Díseño, confort, manejo.... Perooooooooo.. Motores de bajo rendimiento, sin mucho torque, señoriteros, realmente eso acaba con una empresa como peugeot que tiene TODO para estar por encima de japoneses o coreanos y a la par de alemanes y Gringos.
Jamás no casi nunca le ponen un motor que si acaso llegue a 200 hp y bien torque. Usan motores que con carga completa Jade and en ciudades llena de pendientes.
Bueno ojalá y los mejoren.

Nice car , only thing I don't like is the wheels and back bumper looks cheap and does not compliment the overall car. But change those on the car then I would buy one. I suppose one could change those issues at the point if ordering
