As a violinist at 39 with 20 years of experience I just encourage you to keep playing. It’s the best thing you’ll ever do for yourself. It heals your brain and helps control stiff fingers later in life. It helps you emotionally recover from stress and anxiety and trauma. It fixes bad posture and that can help you sleep better. Whatever you do keep playing. It’s truly good for you.
