I hate when people say "Oh it's just a game don't get mad" It's not "just a game" it's something I spent a lot of time to get good at and am really passionate about. I enjoy Winning and I feel really bad if I loose and have all my hard work be for nothing.
Utmostseeker 834 tbh if you lose one game, your hardwork isn't "wasted". If I lost a, say, control point with the enemy team scoring 3:2 and with 100%:99%, I'd still be pretty damn happy because I know I put up a good fight and did my best. It's not about winning, it's about learning and having fun. Plus, you might lose for factors out of your reach, such as troll picks, bad luck or bad teammates. Generally, you should stay calm and figure out what you did wrong. Maybe even laugh at your mistakes. In the end, I'm sorry if you don't like hearing this, it is in fact only a game. You can always say "you know what? I'll go watch some TV or play something else, chill out for a minute". You should strive to improve, not get angry.
The game is meant to be fun, its okay about being upset or frustrated, but you shouldn't at like the one people labeled as toxic. If someone is telling you to relax, it's probably best to handle it some other way than being unfairly rude to the other team. It IS just a game, losing won't ruin everything you've worked hard for. There is ALWAYS room to recover!

That zenyatta gameplay with the elimination 1v3 one was painful to watch. Zen is one of my least played heroes and still I know there was some parts that should have lost him the game. When he was fighting the Hanzo, Hanzo was at really low health, he still kept using the right click even though it's a lot slower than his left click. Still impressive, but big misplay.
