I feel like, the song contains a lot of emotion in it's lyrics, but your cover literally shows you this emotion. All the screams and growls seem so desperate and sad, I think your version in total sounds way more emotional than the original.

To this day, no vocalist can show the amount of emotion Trever does with his screams. He's without a doubt, one of my favorite vocalist.
To this day I think is your guys' best cover. You should be able to listen to a cover and feel like it could be the original and this one does that perfectly!! It's actually perfect for your sound and the screams add a whole new level to the emotion of this song.

I've been listening to this on repeat. So much emotion, and I love a good rock/metal cover of songs. Punk Goes Pop albums are absolutely amazing, and this deserves to be on one if it isn't already.
i absolutely love this cover. It hits me in the feels. I was engaged once to the love of my life and it still hurts after 10 years. Dealing with the depression has been an ongoing sruggle. I have my really bad days and this song reminds me of the drive to her house. I could never go back there but I'll never forget riding around with her in her car.
