Chose this over the Razer Seiren Mini. Tough choice given how it picks up the tiniest vibration sounds, but ultimately you can't beat having an actual mute button!

Boom arm or some kind of shock mount is a must with this but when properly set up its a nice peice of kit and i make use lf the mute button very often

At the top there is a tap to mute and when you tap it, it starts blinking red light maybe just tap it again at the top and it will unmute

Check that the connection to the microphone is good. Try plugging the mic into different USB ports and see if it registers. Let us know if that helps
