      Here's my concept for ULC
      Crossbones : 180stamina
      Pros:if you get hit 4 times that player Will not able to use a random ability for 8 sec(50% chance)
      Semi-fast speed
      Cons:bad at close range
      Majority of his attacks are mapbased

      3:bone throw:similar to swap sans bone throw but without bone Wall

      5:blu Bone jumps:basicly like this

    Kewl bonewalker skin idea :
    Parasite Repanded ( legendary )
    Exp : 50000 ; Wins : 6666 ( yes, its meant to be expensive )
    Allows you to use any character you wish as a first phase before using Bone Walker, with restrictions ofc ( any character upgrade that changes the moveset cannot be used, aka hardmode sans / insanity, uv swap, maxed littletale,etc, etc... Note: anything that has over 1 phase will get its other phases bypassed and will directly lead to bonewalker. Also skins and gamepasses aren't allowed. )
    Passive 1 : YOU CANNOT GO BACK.
    A glitching effect will appear on the map and players ( chara and sans(es) ) making them either have glitching textures, disassembled bodies, distorted face with creepy models ( like realistics eyes, way way too oversized smile, different animations, distorted sound effects, etc... The less stamina first phase has, the Glitchier it will be, heavily upgrading moves and heavily duplicating the amount of anomalies happening going up to making maps change frequently, chara models be nothing but separate textureless body parts, sans model freak out and changing frequently as well, and making any move anybody has to change names to complete gibberish, hallucinations of sanses and charas everywhere along with amplified static effects, distorted sounds, and a loud scream during the animation ( see Passive 3 ))
    Passive 2 : THERE IS NOTHING LEFT.
    Depending on the character the user decided to use as a first phase, the icon will be pixelized and with bonewalker's hands covering the face if it's not the user's turn.there will also be 0 sans model during bonewalker phase like in the event and the lobby will have thick black fog (+ different chara names ( and different sans names if yall are creative ::::::)))))) )
    Passive 3 : I SEE YOU.
    Before the bonewalker phase starts, the original animation will play like in the event, and the original jumpscare would play if any chara dies.
    Passive 4 : TRUE COLORS.
    The death messages will be different compared to now ( shout out your ideas cause some Bone Walker death messages are just not scary right now ) and people with Bone Walker will see an almost transparent Bone Walker model behind UT3DBB sans.

    Anyways here's an Ink Sans concept
    175 Stamina
    750 HP
    Map: Doodle Sphere
    Moves:
    1. Ink Slash
    Send a slash made out of ink forwards. Can be used up to 3 times before going on cooldown.
    2. Rainbow Puddle
    Create a puddle of rainbow ink underneath you. If there are 2 or more puddles intact you can travel between them with a cooldown.
    3. Ink Blaster
    Create a Blaster that creates a damaging ink puddle where it shoots
    4. Ink Bones
    Fire 12 bones forward. All bones that land will create an ink stain on the player's screen.
    5. Purple Wave
    Fire a wave of purple ink forwards that increases with the distance it traveled. Any Chara hit by the wave will be stunned for 1 second.
    6. Bone Zone
    Summon Classic and Swap to create bone zones underneath Charas.
    7. Vials
    Upon activation you can drink one of the 7 vials:
    Red: Increases your damage
    Orange: Increases movement speed
    Yellow: Applies KR to your attacks
    Green: Heals 50 HP and reduces dmg taken
    Cyan: Increases stamina regeneration rate
    Blue: Restores 25 Stamina
    Purple: Reduces stamina cost of your moves
    All vials are one time use. Their effects last for 15 seconds

    One of the upgrades reduces the cooldown of the vials move to 15 and adds a phase 2 when you run out of them. It will also change the map to the Outertale universe, but thats not important.
    Emotionless Ink (Ink phase 2)
    1250 HP
    200 stamina
    Passive: Ink Mark
    Some of your attacks apply the mark to Charas. After gaining 5 stacks of the effect a Blaster will spawn and aim at the Chara
    Moves:
    1. Ink Slash
    Buffed version of ink slash from phase 1. Applies the 1 stack of the Ink Mark effect.
    2. Ink Bones
    Outer's bone rain but with ink. Applies 1 stack of the Ink Mark effect.
    3. Ink Blasters
    3 Blasters autoaim at each Chara. They function the same way as Blasters in phase 1.
    4. Brushes
    Throw 3 small brushes at each Chara. If a Chara is hit, 2 stacks of Ink Mark will be applied to them.
    5. Ink Vials.
    Throw a vial filled with black ink that creates a damaging puddle where it lands. Can be used 3 times before going on cooldown. The vial itself applies 2 Stacks of the Ink Mark effect, the puddle does not.
    6. Ink Counter
    If you're hit in 2 seconds after activating the move, you will slash the attacker with your brush. Applies 3 stacks of the Ink Mark effect.
    7. Ink Dash
    Dash forwards, slashing thrice with small brushes afterwards. Each slash applies 1 stack of the Ink Mark effect.
    8. Ink Rush
    Teleport wherever you click, leaving a trail of ink between your current position and your destination. If a Chara is in your way they will get 1 stack of the Ink Mark effect.

    Outertale Chara Rework stats : 89 DMG, 99 HP (this is maxed)
    Abilities : same as outertale frisk but also you get a new move
    Universe Splitter : if you land this, you deal 600 HP to the sans but you didn't deal much to characters who are under 120 wins so the ability is gonna be weak but it's gonna be powerful against characters like dustbelief (excluding snowdin, but including the upgraded variant)
    the character can also have a deflect move that can move away from you, but you need to time the move to deflect it (this move only works on bones and spears not on blasters and not on guns. nor fire abilities.

    Dusttale frisk rework : 20 HP (44 if Maxed).
    Requirements : Reset + 10 Wins
    You have nothing but a stronger stick, with a homing dash that tracks the sans, a weaker real knife slash but deals bleed damage
    Upgrade 1 : "He Stole our LV"
    Requirements : 20 Wins, 200 Exp.
    Gives a toy knife that gives the ability of a normal toy knife but with slightly stronger stats, this time your dash is gone but you have a deflect bar, if you use it too much it will break resulting in you forcibly using fists.
    Upgrade 2 : "Bad Timing"
    Requirements : 90 Wins, 1000 EXP
    You now have 28 HP and now sans has left the gloves to enter waterfall, papyrus was killed but now you have the gloves to stop sans from stealing LV,
    You now have the ability to truly have a shield, with the addition of tough glove.
    Upgrade 3 : "Final bout"
    Requirements : 199 Wins, 2000 EXP
    Luckily now you have found a knife to cut a enemy with.
    Now you gain worn dagger but you don't have the soul mechanic, you instead get worn dagger with the ability of slashing 2 times with no cool down, with ability of shield still remaining, on top of the fact you have 44 HP now, you can do a double slash (directly stolen from real knife)
    Upgrade =) : "you will not be in control"
    After you die, you gain a second life but before that, chara greets you. Deciding the fate of battle, by either you joining the sans and defeating your murderous teammates or defeat your monster friend.
    Requirements : 999 Wins, 6750 Exp

    Okey... This is my concept for Hell Sans...
    (I have inclusive his drawings in my draw book)
    wins: 900 wins + Reset
    Hp: 1k Stamina: 210 Class: Tank dealer
    Pros: Great Hp and stamina, Magnific dmg and attack speed and an amazing moveset
    Cons: high requirements of upgrade and his attacks is not campable
    The map: His map is like snowdin but have a hell trees, a trap in the snow and amount of hits in trees and the door of ruins
    Passives:
    THE PAIN MAKES ME STRONGER: Its like the doctrine of Vegeta of DBZ if you are like 901 hp your attacks make stronger and faster.
    Do you like your hell. ?..: The trees will help you to dmg player so don't be close at tree with a mouth they gonna bite you and deal 10 dmg
    Attacks:
    1. Hell rush (Full stamina):Appers a blaster who shot a beam of a short duration but after rush with a spikes in his head (Do bleed)
    (Low stamina): Spawn 7 spiked bones (per player) who is auto aimed + bleed
    2.Devil laser's /Max-Medium stamina): Spawn a trap who is aimed what consist of a blaster with a hands who blast can be blue or red (Player need miss this 3 beam to escape of the trap)
    (low stamina): A normal 3 Gaster blaster but some times 1-2 blaster can be blue (Have kr)
    3.Demons attacks: Spawn randoms bone spiked who can explote into little bones to deal more dmg and some bones is blue, white and orange but fake (Conclusion the orange fake acts like blue)
    (low stamina): Sans fly and the wing of skeleton can spawn 5 misiles (per player) who explode when touch the floor and too Sans can fly like 15 sec in the map
    4. Spiked attacks (combo): 1. Counters a attack what make 3 slashes who this will be auto aimed to players (if there 2 players will be 2 slash), 2. Sans tries do dmg with his mascot rocky (who haves a big mouth) bite the player, 3. Sans throw rocky (aim), Sans can grab rockey from floor (if missed the attack) and can throw rockey again again again.
    (Low stamina): Its like waterfall dust box attack but its a spiked tail can be blue or orange but at final sans can take dmg from players why there a 2% can be white
    Upgrades
    1. Hell fire: Gives fire attack of ruin dust sans but does more dmg and long more but have slow speed , his low stamina changes to a blaster who shoot fires auto aimed to player and left fire in the floor for 19 seconds(1250 exp+950 wins)
    2. Your life is mine: Changes map to hell judgement and make Sans with more hp (2k hp) and have a dmg multiplier of max in 2X every attack give 0.1X and can be drained with not using attacks and the 4 attacks change to " Hell sin" Your soul will be drained to a empty soul for 20 seconds so be carefull this will give 0.5X dmg extra and his low stamina mode is like Hand broke the floor to grab players and put him in a box and the player who is grabbed need pass the mini game in 20 sec or Sans will steal the 10% of hp from player to him (2000 exp+999 wins)
    3. HELL MODE (3.750 EXP+1500 WINS)
    Change moveset and gives 5X dmg multiplier to Sans and too 7 attacks
    1, BLASTER SMASH: Sans will spawn 10 blaster who can be smashed to the floor after explode
    2.Chains of agony: Sans with 2 chains skeletic can grab the enemy and stun him after spawn 3 bones who will stab the player do bleed massive
    3.Wave of Hell: Spawns Big bones who Sans can grab them and be aimed to deal dmg human
    4.SCREAM OF GOD: Sans will scream who can repulse players (like a force) but do dmg and bleed (why?, its for the ears have logic xd)
    5.Blaster of sins: Sans can spawn 2 big blaster who can be aimed and his beam can do a medium blast explosion who can deal enemy like epic blasters but long more
    6. Capitals sins: Sans spawns 6 decoys who can have 3 attacks form hell mode and 3 attacks of normal mode (per decoy and this attack can be random) and if you hit the correct Sans, sans will give a high reward he will stay your 30% of your hp (So plis don't attack in this attack)
    (His final attack) 7 trumpets of the apocalypse: Sans attacks will be spammable and his hp will be (5k) for 100 secs but the players have hig hp (1.500 hp) and big dmg (500 dmg)
    Max secs in 0-2 upgrades: 200 seconds
    Max secs: in Hell mode(Max upgrades): 300 seconds

    ok so uhh here's a fun idea i had, im not really sure if this is balanced or not, the numbers could probably be tweaked a little but the main concept is there (God dammit dude i had to edit the comment again because short circuit had an error WHY CANT I JUST GET THIS STUFF RIGHT FROM THE GET GO)
    OVERTIME DELL CONCEPT:
    -wins: 450
    -theme: SHOWDOWN (most likely the xeno remix because goddamn)
    -Overview: dell is a character that mostly relies on keeping himself as far away from enemies as he can, having a lot of moves made specifically to keep his distance and several "get off me" attacks, despite his constant running, it is best to play it safe while up close, because he has incredible combo potential when you get caught in one of his moves.
    -starting stamina is at 200
    -passives: Bleeding and metal
    bleeding makes certain moves deal a portion of their intended damage over time instead of instantly, slightly faster than horrors bleeding, about one hp every half second
    metal is a special resource gotten from hitting chara team members, metal gained from an attack is typically the exact same amount as its damage minus bleeding. can be used for several things. You start off with 25 metal.
    -attack 1: shotgun
    essentially a long ranged melee, around the same range as the empty gun, has a slight windup animation in the form of a reload. deals 10 damage and an extra 5 in bleeding. has a stamina usage of 15 and a cooldown of 15 seconds.
    -attack 2: guitar whack
    charge up a guitar swing, the longer it's charged, the more damage and knockback it deals, max charge also knocks away charas weapons, you can barely move while charging. costs 10 stamina. deals either 5 or 20 damage, depending on charge time. has a cooldown of 15 seconds,
    -attack 3: guitar overhead
    flash white for a split second before obliterating your enemies skull with a guitar, charas hit by this move are stunned for a short while and can't move. costs another 10 stamina and deals 15 damage. cooldown is 20 seconds.
    -attack 4: short circuit blaster
    it's just a big blaster, not much to say here, costs 5 metal to fire with complete refund upon hit. deals 6 damage and an extra 4 in bleeding, cooldown is 6 seconds.
    -attack 5: short circuit (unlocked at upgrade 2)
    shoot bullets using a mechanized arm, one second of shooting costs 1 metal, you can also charge up a [[BIG SHOT!]] by pressing q, spends 10 metal. shooting deals about the same damage as a sentry and takes around 1 stamina every 1.5 seconds, metal is drained slightly slower whenever shots are landed (1 metal for every 2 seconds), [[BIG SHOT!]]s deal the same damage as a lv3 sentries missile (no bleeding, just a flat 15 instead), and pierce charas, but travel significantly slower and take 10 stamina to use, if a chara is hit you get a refund of 5 metal, [[BIG SHOT!]]s have a cooldown of 13 seconds.
    -attack 6: wrench
    can upgrade and refill sentries, spends 5 metal per hit, has a cooldown of around the same time as most melee tools. If a chara is hit with the wrench you get an extra 10 metal instead of losing any, deals 6 damage and 2 bleed, halves charas speed for half a second after hit. range is slight shorter than most chara weapons. costs 6 stamina to swing. will be elaborated on later.
    -attack 7: build mode
    (this is the part where dell starts getting interesting) put down a machine of your choosing at where your mouse cursor is, you can make 3 things using this, i'll go through them as individual attacks
    1: sentry
    put down a sentry for 25 metal, shoots nearby charas with moderately fast bullets, akin to justice blaster bullets but a bit faster, deals around 1 hp per second and an additional 1 hp worth of bleeding per bullet, can be moved around from place to place by coming up to it and pressing q. charas can destroy sentries by hitting them 3 times. runs out of ammo at a certain point, needs to be refilled by hitting it with the wrench and spending 10 metal, if enough metal is consumed, it gets upgraded. sentries can't detect spy knives while invisible, but also deal an extra 1 hp of damage to them. Sentries also cannot give any metal, so watch out.
    after spending 25 metal, sentries advance to lv2, these deal 2 hp worth of damage and fire faster (the bullets are still the same speed, but it tracks your movement a little better), they also take an additional hit to destroy
    after spending 50 metal, sentries advance to lv3, these not only have a damage upgrade on their bullets, but also shoot missiles which deal a whopping 10 damage per hit and 5 hp worth of bleeding, missiles travel a little slower than the bullets, a good comparison would be horror's axe throw. another extra hit can be taken.
    only one can exist at a time, there is a minute long cooldown for it.
    2: dispenser
    put down a dispenser for 25 metal, standing near it gives you 1 metal every second and makes you recover your stamina faster, cant be upgraded because that would be a little too strong, can be moved just like sentries. can also take only 3 hits before destruction.
    cooldown is 30 seconds, once again, only one at a time
    3: teleporters
    put down 2 teleporters for 10 metal each, one for a starting point and one for a destination, both you and charas can use these, but after one use they go on cooldown for around 15 seconds, when first built, teleporters have a windup of 5 seconds. can be used to trick charas into teleporting away from you or as a getaway move. teleporters can be moved, but only one at a time. a tele is destroyed in only 2 hits, if one tele goes down it can be rebuilt on its own instead of making a new set
    build cooldown is 30 seconds, you know the drill.
    -attack 8: instant teleporter
    functions like a blink move, spends 10 metal and has a cooldown of 30 seconds. unlike regular teleporters there is a range limit, around the same as snowdin dustbeliefs blink. costs no stamina.
    -"attack" 9: scrapper
    scrap any machines you made, gives you back half of the metal you spend on them, this includes sentry upgrades. scrapping takes a couple seconds so you can't just get your metal back when a machine is gonna be destroyed
    -attack... e?: taunt
    pull out your guitar and start playing it, after a couple seconds, swing it in front of you, if a chara ever gets hit by it they instantly die and give you double exp.
    -final attack: SIX FEET UNDER (not actually named that since final attacks dont have names) (unlocked at upgrade 3)
    the charas get healed by 20 hp and both teams are sent back to their spawn points. dell sets up a unique level 3 sentry that never outright runs out of ammo but has occasional break periods, the sentry flashes red when it's about to power down or start firing again, dell also can't move during this attack. the charas must make it to the sentry and destroy it, instead of weapons charas have a single sapper, once the sentry is sapped it explodes and kills dell.
    UPGRADES:
    1: bleeding
    pretty self explanatory, i think. costs 100 exp and 460 wins
    2: better equipment
    start the fight with an extra 15 metal, unlocks short circuit move. costs 450 exp and 480 wins.
    3: final stand
    when your stamina is depleted, you get an extra final attack. costs 900 exp and 500 wins
    SKINS:
    red dell: purely cosmetic, changes dell from blu to red. costs no extra exp or wins
    uncle dane: turns you into the one and only, changes music to frontier justice. costs 10k exp
    i thought of adding quotes for specific events, but this comment is long enough already

    Fresh rework concept (with upgrades):
    Round's active for 7 minutes.
    0 upg: 210 stamina.
    Passive 1 - host overusage: stamina doesn't regenerate when standing and slowly goes down when walking. Pros: none. Cons: self-expalanory.
    Moveset:
    Hosts bone throw: Basic bone throw. Damage per bone: low (4 dmg). Cost: 5 stamina. CD: 7 sec.
    Discoball: same as in the game. DMG per lazer: high (9 dmg). Cost: 20 stam. CD: 40 sec.
    Hosts blasters: weak GB's (basic). DMG per second: mid (5 dmg). Cost: 7 stam. CD: 13 sec.
    Bat: bat. DMG per hit: mid (7 dmg). Cost: 0 stam. CD: 4 sec.
    I'll be borrowing this: same as in the game. Dmg: none. Cost 20 stam. CD: 60 sec.
    1 upgrade - control overtaken: 230 stamina.

    tbh, I hate the new Determination soul rework as it requires me to go braindead and just run into the sans and hit him till I reach 100
    the rework could've been better but it honestly is more like a Determination nerf, like literally intergity is better more now
    as determination is honestly became the worst soul and not to mention it's for 150 wins now, gosh, they really want to make people use other souls but god damn why be harsh and nerf the Determination so much, might as well use traitless.

      i feel like the main problem is that you only get dt from DIRECT hits rather than any damage at all, snowring can barely benefit from dt since not only do they only get 5 per hit but its ACTUAL source of damage doesn't give any at all
      dt is just bad purely because HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO DIRECTLY HIT ANY SANS THAT'S IN MID TO HIGH WIN RANGE 10 TIMES

    Idea for glitchtale gaster chromas weapon: a worn dagger skin does 100 damage and medium attack cooldown skill one: switch switch between the different souls not much skill two: a different attack based on the soul bravery summons dots that explode into fire (auto aims on shift lock like trident) justice fires magic bullets forward and you can change the direction of the bullets with your camera kindness spawns a sphere on the ground and gives a circular shield to whoever touches it except for the sans and you can also use the shield blocks new blasters and shoved the sans patience is pretty much just pre rework empty gun lasso it throws a rope forward and if sans touches it they get pulled to you it also drains stamina by 3 integrity throws out those spiny things in a random pattern but does high damage in exchange for being small perseverance makes multiple spikes at your cursor it stuns the sans for 5 secs and does low damage and last one is determination which just fire a chargeable beam forwards it gets bigger and does more damage the more you charge also I forgot the pros and cons so I’m just gonna put them at the end PROS: extra health, a lot of moves,high damage CONS: has no good movement options,slow attack speed edit: also switch has a small cooldown and goes in the same cycle as worn dagger with determination being last also you can only switch with the switch moves you can’t switch with chromas get gaster would also have 10 def and could be rushdown due to his higher hp and 10 def he is part buffer and shield also heals like worn dagger shield to make it balanced there is a penalty for switching two times within a 4 second timeframe stacks too (penalty is -15 defense and -1 speed also slows down attack speed a bit)

    What if Mafiatale sans was added?
    for offense, he’d have an aimable tommy gun and a greyish dual blaster, a bone rush.
    for defense, he’d have a counter of him reaching his hand out, and if anyone were to hit him during this: they’d be locked in place with a pair of concrete boots, a grey bone zone, and a blink/teleport.
    MECHANICS: Similar to SSC’s “Memory” mechanic, he can send in Papyrus to shoot the furtherest Chara with a rifle.
    Secondly, he would have a cigar mechanic where the longer a Chara stays near him, the more frequent he’ll puff a cigar, buffing his stamina regen.
    DESIGN: He’d have a purple suit with a purple overcoat, maybe a red or black tie. he’d of course have a small cigar in the right of his jaw, and finally he’d have a purple fedora with baby pink stripes going vertical.
