(5) Meditation means to be aware of one's own presence in every happening moment to moment. (6) Meditation means to be aware of I-am ness moment to moment. (7) Meditation means to be aware of body activities in present moment as observer - observed phenomenon. (8) Meditation means to be aware of all thought activities as observer - observed phenomenon moment to moment. (9) Meditation means to be aware of sensations/emotion activities as observer -observed phenomenon moment to moment. (26) Meditation means to be aware of out side and inside simulatanously. (27) Meditation means to be aware of memory as observer - observed phenomenon. (28) Meditation means to be aware of ignorant division that results in to self forgetfulness due to ignorant belief that observer is different than observed. (29) When we forget observer - observed phenomenon, we slip in to illusion of illusory individuality as real self. (30) Meditation is inquiry in to question of who am I? This is real meditation and Real vipassyana .

Bhakti ki upwas rakhe but jabse Buddha ko follow kiya muzme sudhar huwa aur ab mai mpsc ki taiyari kr raha hu maine 4 sal tak padhai bnd ki thi pichhale 4 mahino se hi fir se shuru ki aur in 4 mahino me hi mai meri class me top pe rahata hu police 🚨 ki pariksha. Me 4 sal tak mai dipression me tha mai khud ko pagal ( syco ) samzta tha . Maine un 4 salo me 3 bar suicide krne ki bhi koshis ki lekin mai ek bar bhi safal. Nhi huwa fir maine bholenath ki bhakti krni shuru ki aur Puri bhagwat geeta padhli bhagwat geeta muzme thoda sudhar huwa fir maine Buddha ki serial dekhi aur unke vicharo ko follow kiya ab mai bahot happy ho. मैं पहले अंधविश्वास को छोड़ दिया तो हर चीज़ को कारण से देखने की कोशिश करते रहा, इन कथनों को परखने की कोशिश करियेगा, मैंने भी एक चीज़ आजमाया है, अगर हम कोई नशा करते हैं तो हम अपनी इच्छा शक्ति खो देते हैं। मुझे कभी कुछ नशे को छोड़ने के कारण नहीं मिले, तो मैं कभी छोड़ नहीं पाया सालों से, पर जब इसके क्रिया को समझा तब समझ आया कि मैं कैसे इससे छूट सकता हूँ 🌷🙏🏾 नमो बुद्धाय, परख कर चलिए और इतनी हिम्मत भी रखे कि बुद्द को भी नकारना पड़े कभी तो हिचकना मत 🌷
