Andrew you cannot image how happy I am I found your channel. Amazing the high quality value you provide to the community. Definitely worth taking a look at this one.
I dont own DGL but I am interested. They are switching from serial acquisation to investing in organic growth for the short term atleast. Interesting U-turn. This was not discussed in detail during the H1. Results webcast, though I still need to read the 2023 annual report, perhaps they discuss the stratedgy more there.
It may get cheap enough though would have been interested in how they are affected by higher exchange rates & which countries they buy their main ingredients though you may know this all ready.
Dear Andrew, I have taken a look at the company. The main doubt is their margins, they state they have no competition but a net margin below 5% does not sound like a MOAT margin. The company normally depicts on graphs EBITDA and Cash Flow from operations, but not net profit and free cash flow as I would prefer. I could also not find a long term margin objective for their fully integrated business. What do you think about that? Apart from that, very impressive growth, the management is aligned with relatively low salaries. Business seems to have tailwinds and the price seems really good to me. Thank you again for the interview and bringing up the company.
We've had bucket loads of rain since this video in Australia. Forecast Drought never came. Water management, fertilizers, pest products, other nearby chemical companies burning down, serious tail winds. The stage is set for the most hated & forgotten stock on the ASX in a niche market. Do not be surprised if they report record earnings & the market has a melt up reversal as sellers running on empty. Tipping a spike back to asset value in 1 day around the $1 mark. 80%-100% in 1 session not out of the question from current price

Yes, makes sense. They acquired so much so quickly. And that's messy. I think it's good to focus down now. This won't be for me though

Simon! Best wishes from the UK
How will they purchase new companies if their stock price is so low and they use stock to purchase.
dilution.... or they might use more debt too
They don't use stock at this price, when the price is back above 1.5, they will use the stock that they buy back at the current price to purchase
Thanks for the video! Price is up 5.5% after your vid, wanted to buy a tracker position but couldn’t 😂
Share price is depressing...come on Henry...give us an update
