    When doing a large one piece mould like this its always a good idea to do a "print coat" pour over the buck and let silicone run around the inside edge of the mould box where the wall meets the base as to make a seal around it. When you pour the full pour it wont break the seal under the weight of silicone. Glad it wasn't a total loss though :)

      to be honest, it was a bad choice of mould type, me just trying to be lazy, I should have done it as a glove mould

    its interesting when things go wrong, you have to think on your feet or lose the batch and have to start from scratch
