I used to go glitch hunting in Splatoon 2, mostly utilizing a suction bomb + ink armor to clip out of bounds. Thanks for pointing out the tentacooler hitbox! The days of glitch hunting can now return!
There’s a minor glitch that I have found, (which im pretty sure works on every weapon) if you fire yourself out of the spawn drone while holding swim form button and then fire before you land, the animation for firing doesn’t play until you touch the ground. Its more noticeable with rollers and explosher.

For the glitch where you hold an invisible rainmaker you don't have to jump to do it, if you get the timing right you can walk in, fire the tenta missiles, and then you have it

Here’s something odd to replicate I was on a slammin lid that was practically inside of a fish stick, it slammed down and I got on it, and I ended up brushing by the fish stick as it was rising and I got launched like waaay near the skybox edge
Another way to clip through the sr map in the end with dolphin glitch is to use inkjet as close to the platformwithe basket as possible and then have the snakes head push you in the wall the second before you hit the ground. Sadly there is just water there. Kinda hard to do, got it by accident
