Tina, the pockets are nicely done as always! I really appreciate you sharing your talent. There is just something so special about the crafting community. So much for sharing! I have a friend who today selected paper for her first journal. Before she left she asked for the names of RUclips channels to watch making junk journals. The first name I said was yours as you are my favorite ♥️
Oh thank you so much for your kindness, yes we are so lucky to have this special crafting community. Thank you, that was really lovely of you to tell your friend about my channel 😊 x
Chocolate is just so addictive. It's like biscuits, I saw a tv programme that says they put something in them that makes you crave more. I started cutting back a couple of weeks ago. Once you get the first few days out of the way you really don't miss the junk. So proud your daughter chose chewing gum bless her. Loved the pocket making today. Making altered playing cards for a wee swap. Have a lovely day Tina. HUgs xxx
I can totally relate. I've been working hard at losing weight for a while now, and the only thing that really works for me is to cut all the sweets and snacks out of my diet entirely. Good for you Tina for buying fruit instead! That's what I do too!
I will be making more of these. I have only been to IKEA two times. I was looking at you organizing container and I am using what I have for finished tags and fold outs and pockets I have a couple projects to work on right now. I have still a couple more days painting. Finally...❤❤❤
Hi Tina, Love these pockets too! So fun to decorate as well. I’m excited to see your shopping trip with your son on Friday. I will be watching from the beach since we are finally taking a brief trip with grandchildren. I can’t wait to see your adventure. I’m so pleased to hear the excitement about your newly organized space. It’s just so satisfying to have a space you can’t wait to be in. Congratulations on all your planning and hard work. It just couldn’t happen to a sweeter lady!! Blessings to you and your family!
Oh thank you so much MaryAnn and I am so pleased that you have finally been able to get a break away with your grandchildren. Hope you have a wonderful time x
Hi Tina! Really looking forward to ‘our’ trip to Ikea. The closest one for me is a four hour drive away so watching you will be great! Perfect pockets! Hugs and blessings, 🇨🇦🤗❤️
That’s fantastic Laura. Ours is about 40ish minutes away so we are really lucky, we used to have to go to London (Croydon), wow the traffic made it take nearly 4 hours! X
Can’t wait for the altered book series! I watch Barbara and love her monthly journal, but I don’t do that either. I’m excited to see a new type! Looking forward to Friday!
Beautiful pockets I made these the first time you showed & wondered why mine where off center, and when you said rectangle,, light bulb moment for me lol.. now I'm going to make them again and not use such large papers. Your papers are so beautiful. Thanks for sharing again.
I love to listen to you while I putter at my desk. So today I was listening after your demo and you were talking about the kids at university. There have been a lot of reports in the city I live in as well. There have been many photos taken of large parties at the Greek houses where nobody is wearing masks and no social distancing is happening. "Coincidentally" the number of cases of Covid in the county have quadrupled in just a few weeks. It's really frightening for us 'townies' as we were just beginning to experience a bit of freedom, and now lockdown is imminent again. It just really makes me sad and angry. On a happier note...congrats to your boy! Having your braces off is a wonderful thing!
Oh it’s such a horrible situation isn’t it? Some of the pictures on the news are very shocking, like you said no social distancing. Being back in partial lockdown is really difficult for you, please stay safe and well x
Hi Tina, I love these! I’m going up to my craft room right now and make a few for the journal I’m making right now! AND, now, I can’t wait till Friday. I love to seeing all of your tidying up. It always feels so good after organising and changing thing around. I love your enthusiasm regarding your tidying up!! I can’t wait, hurry up Friday!!! And Wednesday! I had seen on Barbara’s channel that you were joining in the altered book challenge. I’ve never done one and I really want to. I tried it once and it was a disaster and I trashed the whole thing!! Hugs 🤗
Oh thank you Linda, I am so thrilled that you are enjoying the Tidy Friday. Over the next couple of weeks, I have really started to make a lot of progress, thank you for all your encouragement with this. I was so excited to be challenged by Joie De Fi and Barbara at 49Dragonflies to do an altered book. My first ever junk journal was an altered book, but I hadn't made one for ages, I had forgotten how much I love making them actually. I hope you get some inspiration to try one again x
Oh I love these pretty pockets! I used some papers I printed on both sides of, they came out great! I am always happy to see you decorate up one so I can get inspired . Great job! Congratulations to your son on getting his braces off… good for him! 😊🌸😊 I currently use an altered bullet style book daily and I have one started for Christmas. Can’t wait to see your autumn themed one! 🌻🍁🍂🐿
These pockets are fantastic! Something different! And Tina, your new Halloween kit is PHENOMENAL !!!!! I purchased it right away! The green color through out is gorgeous and the images are amazing!
Hi Tina, Up till now, these are my favourite folded pockets! I love making these up, I have made so many I've lost count when you showed them in your fist video lol! I have popped a decorated tag in the back pocket and a tea bag or coffee stick with a individual wrapped biscuit and chocolate in the front to post out to family and friends to say 'Hi' and 'Thinking Of You'! I'm planning on making some Christmas theme ones with a tag with a pocket on the back of the tag to hold a gift card for one pocket and pop a candy cane or Christmas Santa(or both lol)in the other lol and of course for my crafty friends I'll be filling them up with ephemera, small bits of trims etc! LOVE these pockets so much lol! Looking forward to your altered book series! Thank you so much for all your inspiration! Till next video, take care! X
Oh Kylie I love your cute idea of popping a little something in the front and sending to family and friends as a "just to say Hi" RAK. That is so lovely. Great for Christmas treats for your friends too, so many ideas, thank you x
Thank you Joy. There will be a quick craft with me using my new Halloween kit, but I will probably have to made the majority off camera, otherwise I will be having to upload multiple videos per day!!! Lol. x
Very pretty!! I call myself watching all of your videos but I missed the peg board and cabinet so it will be a surprise for me to watch! I was to have my crushed shoulder put back together and with in a week this mess came out and I couldn't have the surgery. So it's kinda grown back together some what in a way that hurts. But not always to the point where I cry. I am glad your son's teeth came out nicely. I had oral surgery almost 2 months now and it still hurts. LOL
So many procedures have had to be put on hold because of the situation, it's really difficult for anyone waiting for things. Hope your shoulder eventually gets sorted out. Yes dental surgery can be awful, wisdom teeth are especially awful!!! Lol x
Tina, I just love everything you do and have made some purchases of your Etsy items. I wish I could buy them all! LOL I was wondering if you do any freebies? You have encouraged me to open my own shop, I call it Nana's messy desk. And it truly is a mess, LOL oh, so I am really appreciating your tidy videos.
Oh thank you so much and I am thrilled that you have felt inspired to open your own Etsy shop, I love your shop name! I have some freebies on my website www.shabbydabbydoodah.co.uk x
Hi Tina!🌻🎃⭐️ These pockets are lovely and so cleverly made... kind of like Algebra 🤣🤪😂BUT! Once I watched you put several together, I think you made it easily understandable and I appreciate your help! These are so much fun and beautiful!! So thank you for sharing, Tina! Love your channel ❤️PS: Congratulations to you and your son for his wonderful new smile! That is quite a transition for our children to go through. Our daughter went through braces when she was a young teen, and although it can be a real drag, in the end, it’s well worth it! She has a beautiful smile, even as a young lady!
I use super smooth presentation paper that I buy from Amazon. I have got my favourite papers linked in my video description if you want to have a look x

Great idea for using the card as a bone folder!! x

Love these pockets. Thank you for sharing.
I'm glad you did these again I had forgotten about them and I really like them, Thanks

Great idea x
Looking forward to the tassels. I like the idea that you aren't going to be using supplies
In Spain this week we say that’s “el veranillo de San Miguel” (the little summer’s Saint Michael) whe the temperature is higher than usually, in fall.
