Tube accurate lore here. Tube 1 was something that happened by mere accident. It was sort of an inside joke. It became a real thing and was only meant to be shared amongst friends. It became more than a joke. They had to share it with the world. With the combined efforts they sequeled something that nobody knew needed a sequel. Trying to one up the original in every way. The proper way a sequel should be done. With the same love and passion. Psychostick had done it. They were now onto something. Somebody in the "band" saw its potential. Running with it and hot off the press they went for a threequel. This is where non believers and haters saw a "identity crisis". WRONG. Tube³ was innovative. Nobody in the world has ever made a tube like that and it showed. It was a MASSIVE HIT. SLAM DUNK. Psychostick had somehow done it again. But they needed more real estate to make more supply demands for the next iteration. So they went back to simpler times and went back to the old tube design as they had to grow massive amounts this time around. They made sure to put nothing but the best genes into seeds they grew for tube. Money was not an issue. Tube⁴ was grown with the same level of love and care lile TEGRIDY WEED. Psychostick had done it again. Another slam dunk and this time it was home grown! The world had finally been starting to see tube as more than JUST a tube. More wanted to TUBE like never before. Though turmoil would soon strike. While most in the band were ok with going back the the old tube design... somebody would want to go back to the other design as it was the FUTURE OF TUBE. Some liked the edges and some of the fans agreed too. But how would they one up the Tube³ design? It was difficult but they managed to pull it off somehow while also offering the older design for simpler folks not ready for too much of an upgrade. Another massive success. Psychostick still innovative as ever and even managed to make EVERYONE happy. You'd think world peace could be achieved at this point. Sadly famine struck the Tube community soon after because the suppliers (tubes went back to being made out of house suring the production of Tube⁵) all passed due to a plague nobody still can name. Though during this time, word of tube would reach outer space. It became more than just a household name! Somebody had shot tube into space and in fact it created other tube life. In fact a tube overlord would be birthed and come to planet earth to try and collaborate with their original creators (no other alterior motives either). This time titled "Space Tube" it was another massive success and even got to reach some of its brethren in outer space! Another massive success! It was time to start thinking about expanding. The idea of becoming a business came up and it just made sense! Business Tube was more than just a tube. YOU on top of getting the most up to date Tube technology... YOU got to be an employee of the Psychostick company (NOT the band). You also got a stock into the company. They even sent you a piece of spaghetti in case the business were ever to fall through and your stock was worth nothing and you ended up needing food from the collase of the business and you were now jobless. How very forward thinking, pro employee, and innovative Psychostick were! Not just as a band but as a company too! Shortly after though. Some of the tube brethren that were in space caught a dearly virus and turned them into bloodthirsty aliens. They were blood hungry and after revenge for Psychostick now being a company. While it mightve been weird to recieve one of the many fallen alien tubes along with our annual tune, they were trophies for us to keep to show how far we've come as a TEAM. With all the money over the course of the past couple years from both tubes and the business they were able to finally able to make a device to go back in time an change whatever they wanted to happen thanks to Mr Tesla and Edison. While they could've could've been stingey and not let the public have access to such technology. They decided to give the commoner (YOU) the latest and greatest and greatest shit in the form of a tube. Just like Psychostick always did before they became corporate sellouts and werent just known for being JUST a "band" or JUST a tube company or even both. Always sticking to their words too. I'm not saying Tube is the greatest thing ever.. but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't. Don't be a poser and order a fucking tube!

Unfortunately, yes. Back in December they announced due to some creative differences, Matty and the rest of the band would be parting ways.
They also not long ago had their final live shows with Matty as their bassist. So at least they left on good terms to say the least.
