@@KennethLawrencePhotography Elimination of the middle man is difficult but would be a long term solution.
The other short term solution would be to increase the rate they are paid for every 100 kgs of salt produced.

Again a memorable and heart-touching video, Kenneth! As a beginning bird photograoher LRK has been in my bucket list for long past. What adds after this video is visiting the salt farmers as well and not just as a tourist. I'd love to bring something for them and request others the same. By the way, what happened to that wild ass? Did you managed to free it or inform the forest department (although I know from my experience that informing concerned departments and authorities often turns fruitless).
