Prosecutor "You're gonna hear all about this relationship...and it's BIZARRE". LMAO That's an understatement. Great opening, he speaks concisely and lays out the states case convincingly. While I do think this is a troubled young man, I think he's a greater risk for reoffending then Gypsy is.
Why is everybody stuck comparing what both gypsy and nic did trying to say one is worse then the other both are terrible and both to me sound likely to reoffend 🤦♀️
I think they can stenograph/stenotype 200+ words per minute. Each press is one word. Left hand presses the first "sound" of the word and right hand presses the last "sound" of the word.
I guess those little mistakes could be an indication of other details being incorrect, and you never know how important one of those details might be. Anyone who works in the health care field for example would notice that difference, what if a latex “allergy” allegation is brought up later? Crazier things have been the reason for mistrials
I don’t think so. It’s not a fact that’s so material that a jury could be swayed one way or the other. Second, during testimony, that issue would have been made clarified by cross examination.
I think they blank out mention of other people's names? Perhaps they are on the witness list? I find that strange also. If the jury can hear it then why can't the media? Strange.
Gypsy's mom had Munchhausen syndrome by-proxy. She basically kept Gypsy looking mentally and physically disabled and was able scam people for donations. Ultimately Gypsy met a guy online and together, they plotted a way to murder Gypsy's mom.
She took a plea deal so she doesn't have a trial. It's 10 yrs when she was sentenced in 2015. So it's been 4 yrs she's served so far. After she serves 85% of her sentence she can be up for parole with good standing.

Excellent opening statement from the prosecutor. Clear and makes the point of premeditation and deliberation very well. Impressive.
for prosecution to say "gypsy's not happy at home" is a bit of an understatement
Did the judge seriously just pop open a can of soda durring opening statements? lol
Beth Seidel Guess he got thirsty.
soda?
😂😂😂😂
Curious why the Lawyer's words abou tthe angel on one shoulder was cut out, but when he said the devil on the other shoulder, it's not censored.
I was thinking the same thing !
The judge was just chilling on the computer most of the time
Antonio Jackson Imagine if he was just playing old school Runescape. 🤣
On tinder
most likely taking notes in what he was saying
Ohh Thanks. I’ve been waiting for this.
The HBO doc was so good.......

That is some impressive typewriting.

It’s bothering me that they keep saying the gloves were made from latex. They were made from nitrile. Love this prosecutor though
what difference does that make?
@@muchsunshine6037 Yuge. The stiff of mistrials.

Where is Gypsy’s trial ? Was it not recorded?
She took a plea deal so she didn't have a trial.
Gypsy didn't have a trial. She pled guilty and got 10 years in a plea deal.
Both of them don't seem quite right in the head........
What do they keep blanking out?

How old are Gypsy and Claudine?
In 2015 when the murder took place Gipsy was 23 and Dee Dee was 48
Who names their kid Gypsy ?!?! Lmao 🤣 wtf that’s crazy 😜 but still sad case !!
Better than common names.
a 'Fleetwood Mac ' fan?
DEEDEE
I love her name 🥰
What is this trial a hmm out???
Look up gypsy Blanchard...it's a shocking story.
Gypsy's mom had Munchhausen syndrome by-proxy. She basically kept Gypsy looking mentally and physically disabled and was able scam people for donations.

Is gypsy going to testify for defense?
I like this prosecutor sexual fantasy became evil 😈 that is
What they both planned to do. Sexual 😈 evil that's all about this case.
Yuk
Is this a DP case? I hope.
No it isn't.
@@LawAndCrime What is meant by DP case? Can't be paternity, that's all I can find. Thank you in advance if you can answer.
@@winstonsmith502 it means Death Penalty case.
@@mariawheeler6914 Thanks!
Deep penetration 😊@@winstonsmith502
prosecution opening seemed weak in expressiveness, was matter-of-fact, rather than momentous and lives-changing
In retrospect, of course, it did not matter = prosecution achieved life sentence
Is Gypsy going on trial? Is she in jail?
VEGASGIRL she has been in jail, she got 10 years
Veronica Bryington Is it 10 more years, or do they count the 4 years already served?
janablang idk I’m thinking the moment they sentenced her to ten years it started. So if she was sentenced in 2015 then she has done almost 5 already
