I think Boros' last words were equal parts respect, equal parts compassion/despair. Here's a guy that crossed the universe looking for the ultimate fight only to get so beat so easily he couldn't even consider it a battle in the end. Imagine how awful it must feel to realize "Wow, maybe my existence wasn't as boring as I thought, this guy is going to have it infinitely worse than me."
He should've said "Sai... tama.... I'm sorry...." after "You were TOO strong..." instead of just his name.

@@Lambent_OmegaI see your point, but at the same time, Boros isn't much the type that cares for others. He wanted to kill Saitama for fun, not just have a "Friendly" match. He was problably just sad for himself.
Honestly, Boros's kicking Saitama to the moon and Saitama's jump back were their biggest flexes. Both occurred in a matter of seconds, so Saitama was travelling at a notable percentage of the speed of light (say 10-20%).
Saitama can turn fast enough to see the back of his own head in a mirror, in other words, he can move faster than light (somehow without damaging his surroundings), so yeah, he had plenty of strength to spare in this fight.
In Manga he is faster then light easily

in the manga saitama is easily 300-400x faster than light

Imagine. Boros travelled 20 years in the universe to find someone able to fight against him as equal. Saitama knows very well how much are the chances that he'll find someone too
To be fair, he did that because a prophet who hated him told him where he should go for a good fight. There is every possibility that the prophet looked specifically for someone Boros could not challenge.

I watched alot of opm reaction video, when the Meteoric burst Boros regenerate scene, everyone thought that it's a same thing like Melzagard, but it's actually his eyeball
The eye ball was on the left and the mabble in the middle the eyeball actually turned lookimg towards where the mabble is thats how he healed himself and also after the serious punch the mable broke

There's no marble in the manga so him regenerating from a marble is not correct
No, it's just his power (or rather his ability that his species shares, just that he is better at it). He said so himself to Saitama before going Meteoric Burst. Not his eyeball, not the marble thing.
Amai Mask is stronger than many of the S-Class heroes, he purposefully stays at the top of A Rank to gatekeep who can move up. He only wants people who fit his "ideal hero" archetype.
His story hasn't been fully fleshed out in the Manga, but he has a little secret revealed in the webcomic.
I think he's great, and his motives do make sense. One really made a turn for him
