By not saying "I feel like i'm having a baby" it was a bit of a let down.. The condiments are pretty much who I would have thought. The chilli sauce being seperate to Listers fave condiment on an Indian which is Mango based. I love this.
I actually tried toasting it and it gets too dry, oddly the fresh bread slices are better. The one deviation I made was excluding one slice of bread so you get a better egg to bread ratio.
@@indiomoustafa2047 the key is not to toast for too long - really we are talking about a very light browning, keep your finger on the 'pop' button and don't walk away from that toaster!!

Ive actually made this several times, though after the first time I ditched the third layer of bread so I can get a better fried egg ratio. I also tried toasting the bread once but tbh keeping it fresh is crucial, toast is too dry.
I nearly said it should have 3 eggs but i think the triple does indeed reference the three slices of bread. It would definitely work better toasted.

Lightly toast the bread, cut diagonally into two triangles and you are onto a winner!!

Try toasting just the inside, for that little crunch before the scutter comes with the enema.

I Generally use a generic fruit chutney for this.... and some bacon, is awesome too
