Boone, you hit a home run here. We get the 'excitement' of an unboxing AND we get a comprehensive tutorial on what to look for in buying an in-tent woodstove heater/cookstove! Plenty of us are looking forward to your Jeep camping test runs on the tent and stove.
So fare, both the tent and stove are perform very well. The tent/stove has dealt with extreme cold, high winds, and 5"-6" of snow. Next week we're suppose to get a lot of rain, so in the span of 1 month the duo will have endured every adverse weather condition it can apart from extreme heat which it will never be used in. It's like having my own portable cabin. I LOVE Solo Camping in it. I think I will post my first solo camp video in it Tuesday.
Been watching bushcraft and outdoor gear channels for years. For some reason the RUclips algorithm gods never sent you to me. Outstanding content sir, and am currently binge watching everything you ever uploaded. I find something I’ve never seen before on any other platform in every one of your vids. thank for your service. you have a new sub.
There are several factors that work against me in "The Algorithm". Primarily, this is my hobby. I do not utilize any other form of social media let alone in order to supplement the channel. I do do paid promotions, nor do I accept free items to review (I tried it at first but stopped soon after, perceived self integrity issues). I don't self promote anymore by saying "don't forget to like and subscribe" anymore. Folks already know how that works. If you like what I'm doing you'll watch and do whatever you want as far as subscriptions and likes go. RUclips doesn't like this kind of stuff, and their AI picks up on all of it. I might start asking folks to share if the topic is potentially of interest for viewers friends, but I haven't made my mind up yet about that. I just try to share what I know, learn while I'm doing, have fun with it and never take myself too seriously and showing my mistakes as well as successes. All in all, I'm just some guy with a camera making and sharing videos about what I like to do. I deeply appreciate your comment. It means a great deal to me and I hope you find a few more of my videos you like. I hope you have a fantastic day!
not only have i continued to watch but i’ve now seen all of them. looking forward to more. wish i lived closer to where the bushcraft and preparedness gatherings are happening but my state frowns on such things.
I've used it the past two weekends and Plan on heading out again this weekend. I am very impressed with it's performance! It's a perfect stove for the CozShack! I've cooked on it as well and it's a game changer!
so much better than the tiny stove...The ability to have a sustained fire over just a quick hit of warmth will be a huge advantage. Like I've said before, otherwise I'd rather just not have the stove and just count on a warm sleeping bag. This will be excellent for the car camping adventures to come!

This weekend will be the third weekend in a row camping in the CozShack and using this stove. 3 very different weather conditions. I'm really getting a chance to see it's quality and potential in a very short period of time!
Cool stove and those folding grates would be good to have. Looks like the stove is made of good construction compared to others that Ive seen. Not sure about them glove liners?
😅😆😄😅😆😄Those gloves are a waste of material! I've used the stove the past two weekends and Plan on heading out again this weekend. I am very impressed with it's performance! It's a perfect stove for the CozShack! I've cooked on it as well and it's a game changer!
