Thanks! I've definitely had different bags over the years so I wanted to show that you can still get a great workout in, no matter what kind of gear you're working with 🙂
I was looking at the Yes4All Cast Iron Ruck Weights and wondered if you thought it's better to get 2X25lb weights or one 45lb weight. In other words, is it more useful to divide the total rucking weight into 2 parts for upper body workouts during the rucking, or do multiple plates move around too much? I guess I could strap them together with webbing and buckles. The weights are expensive, and lower weight pieces can probably be assembled from assorted weights like the ones you mention in the video, and that's why I am interested in targeting 30% of my body weight for formal rucking plates. Does that make sense to you given your experience?
This was so helpful! Just started rucking and didn’t want to buy a go ruck out of the gate. Thanks for the tips!
You holding that pig egg like a baby, it did something to my heart
If you have an old pair of jeans. Cut the legs and sew or hot glue one end.. fit with sand and glue closed and then wrap in duct tape....
@@Hapfletcher love that! Great suggestion!!
Thank you so much for this tutorial! How to properly pack the thing was my main obstacle. Now I can begin. Thank you!!!
Yoga blocks are another cheap and excellent for getting the weight high in your pack.

Towel in the bottom to raise the center of weight. Genius. Why didn’t I think of that?
