I had to pause. I can’t stop laughing😂😂😂😂 I thought the imagery of the pashmina was funny, now you’ve progressed to a headband, turban and scarf. You are very determined. I always break rules I set for myself
Glad I didn’t see this before the holiday weekend or I would’ve driven to New York City! I have two daughters that live there now so I’ll go to visit more often!
Thank you for taking us along on your trip. I'm surprised at you looking at wool coating fabrics in NYC when you live in the UK where there are many incredible producers of very fine wools there. When I went to Scotland (from the US) I wanted to buy wool fabric over anything else: I bought one UK wool and one from Germany. The prices were good/lower than in the US too. I hope you take us on another more local trip when you return to find your perfect wool fabric to the woolen mills/shops in person!
Look at me thinking I would watch this one in parts and then end up watching it all at once. 😂 Your excitement is contagious. Looked like a successful and fun vacation! I’m in Connecticut so I’m just a a few hours away from both of your stops. You’re making me want to take a fabric trip to NYC soon.
That’s hilarious, a good way to get extra fabric , that u can’t put into your luggage. I sewed the Vicki Sews Deborah blouse with your sew along. I’m a NY native living in GA.
I am interested. You usually buy, buy, buy fabric when you go away. Was your restraint just because your cases were not big enough, or have things changed with the airlines and customs?
I wish I had known you were coming- I would have tipped you off.. Many US stores will ship fabric for you. I did that when I was in the LA garment district.

Such a fun trip! You will need a vacation after this vacation! Great video…thank!

Have you ever purchased zippers by the yard? I buy them on Amazon. They come in multiple colors and come with the slides.
Noblet of England was a company that made luxury cashmere scarves (I don't know if they still exist).
Thank you! I though that might have been the case.

You should do it!! I’m already planning a trip back (with an empty suitcase)
Loved the green fabric. That would be a gorgeous coat.
I LOVE New York....the fabric district is the absolute best ❤❤❤❤! I was there in August ❤❤❤
Another wonderful journey with your Sam. Sorry it rained so much in Manhattan - it happens!

Love to see you in NYC. Limited to one fabric omg, I’m sorry to hear that.
