Been in btc ecosystem for 6 months. From bitmaps to dmt to l2s. Runes seems like a lot of hype compared to any innovation/value. I hope im wrong but i tend to think this will be a absoutley massive flop. Been watching you guys for awhile and i dont think many people understand your sarcastic undertone in this video. Idk what im saying here because honestly at this point idk what the hell is going on. Might be a factor on why im so lost with runes but i can guarantee if im lost and have spent this much time in btc ecosystem then 99% of people are lost and gambling. (Which may work out for some lol). I may just simply like more innovative and fundamental creations and might be biased to what i like, i truly cannot tell at this point. Fyi I have exposure to runes just in case we seen something insane. Either way respect for covering all things btc🙏
its definitely only hype. The thing is Memes seem to be a thing the crypto audience has gravitated to. I dont know why, it could be exhaustion. But memes tokens is a huge hot potato game. All of this will lose 99% of its value with no question. But the point is our analysis of the market and memes are the collective interest. Projects with Substance will outlast all of the memes.

I don’t see how anyone could be marketing a rune if they can’t even be etched/minted yet. Someone could just front run these coin names in the rush of the launch. Also, having read the dev docs, I saw there’s no mechanism for an airdrop. I’d be cautious with any of the players already hyping their rune

1. It might be too late because the cost to benefit ratio is not what it was before, its quite expensive. 2. I don't think any mining will happen after the halvening for RSIC

the market generally thrives on hype. elon almost singlehandedly started the memecoin frenzy with his constant doge coin posts... at the end of the day we are all here for that much talked about financial freedom. i have come to see that one way of winning big in the space is to position oneself early whilst the massive hype is there. this is what i intend doing - position myself early! 😊
I think the biggest takeaway is that we're analyzing the affects of crypto on humanity. For example, right now memecoins is the thing the people want to know about for no other reason other than number go up. For sure, this wont last, but the point is its the thing for now. Substance is still king.
