this dance is soooo great! my studio has gotten a perfect score 4 times last season with the routine “exodus” from suzettes masters of dance. Expressionz definitely deserves their perfect scores too congrats to them!
I feel like one thing that REALLY sets this dance apart from other dances is that there is a lot of dancing and not just turns jumps and leaps which there still is but the ratio to dancing and turns leaps and jumps is a good ratio
Yes i SO agree the choreo is so creative but the technique is there too. I think they utilize the turns/leaps/jumps really creatively too if that makes sense.

@Hannah Dancer For me *personally* , it wouldn't bother me. I would just think how since I'm so tall, I would be put at the back, but no one could notice if I'm pointing my toes or not 🤷🏽
This is truly the best choreography I have ever seen at this level. The costumes were a brilliant choice and the dancers were all amazing too. It’s very clear why this routine got a perfect score. I find myself coming back to watch this dance a lot because I enjoy the choreography that much.
4:45 how… just HOW were they able to execute those turns so synchronized? It take a lot of skill as a choreographer and for each and every one of those dancers to pull off such beautiful and synchronized turns as such a large group! Well done!!

This is absolutely unbelievable (in a good way ofc)! It is insane to me that this many dancers with all different dancing styles, and all different ages were able to pull this off. Applause to the person/people that took the time to create this masterpiece. I have danced for 9 years and never have I seen something this detailed on the stage. These dancers absolutly deserved this perfect score!!
This… was… AMAZING, as a dancer im in complete AWE of those pump turns at the end where it was in complete sync with that many people on stage and with them being close together… it certainly took my breath away. Bravo to those performers and the choreographer 👏👏👏

I have absolutely no words to describe this absolute amazing and insane choreography. I am since half a year in a comparable long team for a choreo and I thout our 6 minutes would need a lot of training, but this piece of masterclass is definetly another level. Literal chills

I thought the same thing, but maybe they took the penalty and made it up with extra points for awesomeness. Or maybe the judges just said it’s too awesome to penalize for going over time cause it’s so insanely good, and who would want to stop watching it, or maybe it was entered in productions which have a 20 min time limit. Some other comments are saying “best production” so that could be it. I never thought of production as anything other then musical theatre
@@kittkat7488 Many competitions allow extra entry fees costs for extended time in a production number. There are times where the music just cannot be cut and this song would be one of those times as the song is so known by everyone. Any cut in this music would not have given the same overall story line and complete feel of the choreography. My guess would be that extra fee was paid to allow the little bit of extra time needed to keep the full version of this music intact. It just costs a bit extra for each dancer, but it would be well worth it for this number. The studio could pay the additional extended time fees upfront and then not suffer any deductions for going over time limits. Thereby...... no deductions and a perfect score is still awarded. Which this dance absolutely deserved.
