4 Innings, 4 vs 4
6 Balls, 3 Strikes
Dimensions: Pitchers Mound (52 ft,) Home Run (100ft,) Bases (60ft)
Each player is allowed to pitch 2 out of every 4 innings
If a runner leaves third base even just by a step, they have to continue running home. To get the runner out the defense will have to hit the strike zone before the runner touches home plate.
Pegging is allowed by the defense
Everything else not mentioned in these rules default to general baseball rules

been wating all day for this video to come out. I love how you guys combined a challenge and a tutorial video. I needed this video so much! tryna figure out how to get my riser moving more. Thank ya'll so much!
One thing that helps me sometimes is varying the height of the release. Sometimes a high release can be good for raw pace, using the full length of your arm, but getting down lower (still with a vertical arm slot) can create a tricky angle for the batter.

I’m in my 30’s and played baseball my whole life. How come I can’t throw any junk pitches. I can crush the ball but I can’t throw no nasty pitches. You guys are ridiculous with these pitches really awesome to watch

When I throw the riser, its more like a crazy 2 seam, might just be my arm angle, because I cannot throw way overhead, its more of a 3/4

I combined the grip of a knuckleball and the release of a screwball and it’s like a slider where it curves to the left. I made it banned in three universes including ours

They are the same! Just different color (the ones we always use are the normal green ones)
Pitch suggestion: Try throwing with a knuckle drop grip, but from a screwball angle. I call it a knuckle slider. I used it against Chandler when I went to go see you guys play in the World Series. That was really fun. But you should try it.
