Love it! I didn't realize the presentation notes were even there. I usually do my presentations in Google Slides, but I make them in Canva. SMH, now I can present with notes here in Canva. I appreciate your tips!

Your team is amazing! I have been using Canva since shortly after its start and have loved its gradual rollout of features which has allowed me to slowly incorporate more skills. But it is now SO robust, I know there is so much I’m not even seeing. You and Diana are wonderful teachers and I learn something new every time I click on a video. The i button and the presenters/notes view was great to learn.... Also, I keep a Trello board with the YT links of all the videos on all the Canva features/ looks/ etc. It's so helpful to me

QUESTION: It seems Canva is having many issues, I'm reading on Twitter. I uploaded a pdf, added elements, and it won't let me download it. Says Error. It's been a week and Canva tech support is not able to help. I did everything they said. Who can I speak with on the phone to get this resolved? Have you experienced this issue recently?

Canva doesn't offer phone support, and TBH, after working at Canva for 2 years, I haven't seen any phone there ... 😂

For the copy style button, it does not work with the shadow on images right?
I don’t think it works with the Effects.
Thanks a lot for this list, I am working on a video and started to use notes for the script. Kindly feature about putting a stroke on the side of an image usually white in color to make it look like a sticker. Thanks!

Excellent work sir. Sir can you make a complete video to inform how to name different elements. Many elements which are shown in your video with “i” button are unknown and therefore un-searchable therefore sir pls try to create a video with all names of the elements available on Canva. hi, thanks for this great video! I am pretty new to Canva and you are helping me learn a lot with each of your video. I have a question not actually relating to anything that you said but you might be able to help or point me in a right direction. When I want to share my template and copy the template link, then the person who is having the link can change editable parts which will not have any impact on my original template, correct? If I lock some of the elements on the template and then send the link would it be possible for somebody else edit these locket elements or only those that are unlocked would be editable? Sorry hope my question make sense. Many thanks
Hey there Jana,
if you have a Canva Pro account and share a link as a template, you are right: the person will open a copy of your template and will not be able to modify your original.
Now if you lock items on your template, the user opening up a link to that template should still be able to unlock what you've locked I believe.

What! :O I didn't know Canva has the color picker option, because I use it on Safari, so its true apparently it only works on Chrome. Anyway, great video!

@@TeamRonDi You can only have 300 dpi with a design saved as pdf. But for print on demand vendors, you can only upload a jpg or a png file and Canva only offers about 96 dpi resolution, so a converter is needed.
Is it possible to use your Brand colors in the brand kit? Also, can it Shuffle???
Absolutely. That is actually the point of the Brand Kit: to save your brand colors in it, so you can use them in your designs.
And yes, you'll be able to shuffle your brand colors when using the "Styles" feature.

We’ve heard several people having similar problems with social media visuals looking blurry. One thing you can try is to multiply the dimensions of your document by 2 or 3.

Hello, your videos are awesome! Thank you so much. I have a problem I'm hoping you can assist me with. I created a website in Canva to with a link to a phone number. When I click on the link in the published website, it initially asked me what program I wanted to link the phone number to. I had selected Google Chrome but Google Chrome doesn't allow me to dial the phone no., and now I can't remove that link to Google Chrome. How do I remove this connection to Google Chrome in this phone link?? And how can I get the phone link to actually dial the phone no.? Looking forward to your help on this.

Have you tried removing your link all together, simply by clicking on the link button, selecting the text and deleting it?
IF that doesn't work, maybe delete the entire text box and re-create it.
If that doesn't work it's because your browser is remembering your choice of using Chrome to open these links. Not sure how to change that... maybe in the Google Chrome setting 🤔
Anyhow, this is the expression you should paste in your link box to make a phone number clickable" tel:+610498695724 (this is a random number, replace by yours obviously)

@@TeamRonDi Thanks for your reply. I have tried the 1st two in your response and the Chrome link is still there. I also couldn't find a setting in Chrome to remove the link. Interestingly, when I click on the link in the mobile version of the website, it does ink to my phone dialer. So the issue with Chrome appears to only affect the computer version of the website.
