This game looks like Wreckfest meets Forza Horizon...Forza Horizon wasn't even the first open world racing game, Cars 2006 did something similar but this game shown is 2004 and I doubt even it's the first such game.

I dont see any trackmania vids and idk if its ur type of driving game but you should give it a shot its a pretty fun game and its free
