I am going buy this on upcoming Diwali, earlier was confused between iqube and ather but finally decided to go with iqube as it is a tvs product which is known to provide value for money products and their target audience has always been the middle class indians Your suggestions are welcomed sir ❤️
I believe the opposite. Iqube especially the 2023 version is value for money. It isn't intended to be sport scooter but family scooter. A scooter is meant to be Urban Commuter and the IQube in its class as a family scooter does it's job very well. It isn't meant to be super fast, quick or extreme cornering. But a gentle machine with a more energy linearly delivered for torque rather than Power. Just like TVS Jupiter
There is news report saying..... Majorly Ather.. Ola.. etc are actually selling their scooty in losses... while TVS Bajaj doesn't believe in this strategy... That's why we see one feature rich and other pricey ...
You quoted a really good point. Yes, Ather and Ola are in losses at the moment. But, not to forget, these 2 companies are starting up their manufacturing units, showrooms and distribution systems and fast charging network from scratch. While TVS has it’s systems for decades and relatively less expensive for them and yet they don’t have a fast charging infrastructure inspite of decades long supply chain. Clearly TVS has some advantage over Ather and Ola and hence to compete, they should need to spend a lot of money to build the brand trust like TVS has. What do you think ?
Yes i agree with you, it looks like these ICE counterpart want to save their ongoing business by limiting themselves in the EV space, Since their major business comes from spare parts & periodic repair services, for them EVs will be a major financial backdrop. As an evolving industry there is still a lack of standardisation in EVs. eg (auto industry standards) charging gun/sockets, fast charger o/p, safety, heavy dependency on chips, e components import. (1st mover advantage vs Brand trust is also they may be looking into.) Finally the industry once which was Mechanical became electro-mechanical turning into software based mechatronical business.. can disturb market chain and initiate layoffs.(that's another story)..
that's very deep and insightful. Completely agreed on every point. I think, every technology has a rapidly changing, evolving and growing phase before it reaches a saturation like how ICE bikes are at the moment. The EVs are in very early stage and probably, my hunch is, in next decade or so, there can be EV primary vehicle families.. if infra is well adopting, else it would stop at being a second to ICE bikes in a home. ICE would serve for peaceful rides and long rides, EVs serve for city and regular office commutes
Considering all the High end versions of each of these bikes, my personal choice would be Ather 450X Gen 3.. The reason is, Ather is putting out features that really add value while driving.. While Ola s1 pro has better range, the features it offers didn't make sense to me.. For example, what value would a speaker add? or what value would a complex dashboard add. Chetak and iQube are more of minimalist bikes, with less technical stuff to deal with.. at the same time compromise on basic technicalities. Ather 450X, to me, seems to be providing value addition with Auto Hold, Fall Safe, simple dashboard, intuitive technicalities... if this confidence on features and build quality comes at slightly less range, I'd buy it.. What do you think ? which bike are you inclined to??
@@GreeenRide Technically ola overpowered all of them but the after sales is something that stops me from buying it always and you put good points to support Ather 450x definitely gonna rethink

When given the option between Chetak , icube, ola s1 pro and ather 450x what would u recommend(top models all) considering everything even after sales

Bajaj chetak vs tvs iqube pe konsai acha sccoty he
Mere hisaab se,
Features and range iQube mein jyada acha he.
Range bhi 5-10 kms jyada ayega, dashboard features bhi hoga jo chetak mein nahi he.
@@GreeenRide comfort rides or no tention problem chahiye fetature no issue to konsa achi he
Electric kar ke bare mein bataiye
Definitely !! 😁
🎉😊
