THIS WEEK: Complaints Anonymous COO, Tiffany Malveaux tries to intercept an irate caller. Call Agent Erica decides to take the call but finds herself trying to resolve a complaint about Black Lives Matter, which is dear to her heart.

complaints, struggles to balance the complaints received from customers
and employees disputes within the organization. When The CEO makes a
disparaging comment to one of her employees, a tweet about the incident
goes viral sending the company into a tail spend they struggle to get out of.
