Hi. I am having issues with my LG Velvet 5G with T-Mobile. It is losing signal all the time, I am not able to make a phone call while the data somewhat works, but it barely ever connects to LTE or 4G. It is mostly connected to 2G. The signal jumps the whole time. I tried factory reset, resetting network and APN, and I also replaced the sim card, but it didn't help. What could be the issue?
