  • 7News I-Team was all over disturbing video coming out of Prince George's County Police Department involving an officer's use of force
Cell phone video posted on social media showed Prince George's County police officer Steven Tucker and another officer struggling with a suspect who was handcuffed. During this incident, both officers had their body cameras fall off.
Tucker lost his camera, not once, but twice.
Tucker grabbed the suspect's neck during the struggle after the man refused to get in a patrol car's front seat. They fell and Tucker's arm ended up on the man's neck. This was all caught on cell phone video. That video is the only recorded evidence of the actual struggle because Tucker and a second female officer's body cameras fell off.

To me in that video 100% there's no use of force at all the suspect was struggling and refused to follow the instructions of the officer and has the struggle considered included the officer fell and lost his balance and ended up his arm on his neck so currently to me 100% I'm a great analyst my predictions came out 100% for the past 4 years what's been going on this year before I even predicted it I looked over the things and stuff and I can predict things pretty well accurate what's been going on in this world and I'm 100% for over 5 years straight so it's me that right there in that video shows there's no use of force at all he fell on the suspect's neck because it shows that he fell on top of them so he didn't put that force on him at all so there is no reason for a retraining salt to me that is justified as well people need to understand to do their own investigation and tell the truth and the picture shows from one angle and the suspect is not complying and he's refusing to get in the office of car that is resisting arrest that's both struggling to try to get that person in to me that is 100% justified because he's resisting arrestand he is a strong dude so to me to people if that two people can't get him in and he's struggling not listening to commands that is just fine to me news station needs to look at the evidence in that evidence right there I don't know how they can see that it's unjustified our use of force when it's not to me I'm very smart my IQ score is over 300
