This is so stupidly dangerous. Lithium batteries like that need to be tack welded if they are going to be connected with bus bars. All that extra time soaking heat from soldering creates a serious risk of a lithium fire. And even though it's technically charging, the charger isn't designed for that battery pack and may just start a fire if left for long enough. None of the crappy looking solder joints were cleaned either, so it's only a matter of time until they are corroded by the flux and fail anyway. Going from 6 cells to 3 can't be much of an improvement either, given the old ones were not much smaller.
