I can't even find this piano under a different brand name, as another commentator mentioned it's probably a prototype for future sale, maybe?

No, this keyboard is not even available in the US. Amazon or any of the regular stores won’t have it. I got it at Namm Which is a Music conference, and they have dealers from all over the world
