@daniel Aditya, wrong once set up it only needs WiFi for you & cloud (recording server to connect to it. As for SD card recording it records (as per record settings) as long as power is applied.
This camera has worked very well for me on the iPhone so far, I just wonder, is it possible to access live stream and recorded video via web, on my Mac?

I find the problem is not with the camera but with the YCC365plus software which needs a bit of an upgrade. no customer support and the seller is unable to solve problems . In my case I find the camera ok but simply want to override the short ‘idle time’ setting which is preset at max. 45 minutes. This prevents the camera being used as a monitor for say keeping an eye on the kids or dogs etc as the video cuts off every 45 minutes and needs a manual reset

I hope you can help. I have successfully connected the cam to my WiFi using the first option QR scanning. However if the WiFi disconnects, can the camera reconnect automatically? I find that it can’t because I have to manually reset the cam. Is one method of connection more secure than the other? If I try addition is AP Hotspot instead of scanning code better and more stable? BYW there is no QR code on the camera body for the 3rd option.

When i had a free trial for the cloud i could playback and see what was recorded on the SD card, now it has expired i am unable to play back anything, I have made sure its set to ''save to card'' , strange how it worked fine and now nothing, i am not buying a storage plan as I have an SD card, just wont playback.
I am using this program(YCC360 plus) with Joyzon baby cam. I observed that YCC360plus app. does not send any alert message while the mobile phone is in screen saver mode/ main screen or home mode screen. Be sure that, in mobile screen saver/home modescreen, YCC360 plus is still working in background of mobile, but no alert message. YCC360 plus app. sends alert messages only in app.(YCC360plus) screen. Shortly, YCC360plus must send alert message in every mode of mobile. Could you say how to solve this problem?

Yes, please I also need an answer for that. I figured out, that if you access the direct IP it'll redirect you to x.x.x.x/index.asp. if you change that to index.html you get a login prompt. admin/1234,admin isnt't working :(
The camera wont connect to internet. Scan qr is ok, connecting to wifi is ok, but when it says connecting to internet, after that it doesnt say any thing, neither failed or connected to internet. The app gets to 100% and say "addition failed" bla bla bla check password etc. But pass is good

I connect to 2.4, tryed even with normal TP link which has only 2.4Ghz and in TP link settings I can see that the camera mac is connected, but always the same the camera wont connect to internet and doesnt say failed. The only time it says failed is when I tried to connect it to my mobile operator hot spot using 3G network.

Since last update, multiple cameras keep resetting every 30 minutes. Other cameras lose connection every few hours. App developer does nothing about it. Do not buy cameras that work with YCC365Plus app! Lousy support !!!
