Very helpful video. I took all the bottom screws out trying to get the brushes out and to clean built up hair and fluff inside them, I still can’t figure how to get into the transparent plastic part where the water dispenses and comes back through, I’ve had mine around 5 months and I noticed it left a mould smell after using, been driving me mad so decided to give it a clean out. I wouldn’t have had to take all the screws out and get jumbled up with what goes where if I had watched this before removing them all! So thank you as now I know for next time! If you could give a tutorial of how to take it apart to clean I would be extremely grateful!

Loved the video, I have one of these machines. I'd really like to know how to clean the clear plastic cover. The bit where the water gets sucked back up. It gets clogged with animal & carpet hair (even though I've vacuumed before hand). Thank you for any advice

The hardest thing with these carpet washers is getting the head clean after use.
Your videos are always relaxing to listen to. I'm sure you've been told this many times already. You would be great at making ASMR videos too.

@@lords-electrical bit of a late comment but how exactly are you taking the front nozzle of to clean it as the model I have doesn't have a clip seems a bit much having to unscrew everything to do that ?
Do you have a video on how to clean the inside of the clear plastic front that sucks up the dirty water,it's looks as if it's impossible to clean unless you strip the machine right down,watching your video it looks as if more screws will need to be removed to take the front off

Is there a trick to getting the black rubber bung on the clean liquid solution container? I knocked mine off while cleaning it.

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me, the rubber seal on my machine came off and i can’t figure out how to put it back and water just leaks as soon as the tank is clicked into place 😩 how do I fix this? Does any one know? Thank you all

Hi any idea why mine won’t work ? I cleaned it after use just the head abs brushes and now it won’t turn on sometimes it does then cuts off ? Any ideas ? Many thanks
just bought one of these and when i went to use it the brushes wont turn round (its brand new) any ideas has to why it wont work. do i take it apart or send it back
Not sure it sounds correct, i would contact the retailer to see what they can do to help.
Hi this video is great. Have u had any problems with water leaking out of thr 2 holes on the back upright? I have and wondered is there some sort of washer I may be missing from the clean water tank? Cheers Jane Potter
How you wash the stairs
It can be quite difficult to clean the stairs without a hose attachment on the back. I would pick a different model if you have stairs
Are these ok for hard water areas?
Don’t waste your money I’m on the 6 th belt is n just over a year. Pet hair will clog it up and it’s just a crap machine.
Try buying spare parts for a vax washer when they fail
