Did you install a shifter relocator and new shift knob...in an automatic car? Smdh.
rougecards YUP! Why have a boring regular knob when I can have a dope ass fancy one?!
rougecards and be sure to hit that subscribe button!!!!!
@@kgmediaco Thats fair I guess haha. What car you got? Just bought this knob for my s550 mustang.
rougecards Lol, dope! I have a 2013 Chrysler 300C. You lucked out, they make an adapter for the mustang. I had to retro fit mine.
@@kgmediaco Sweet ride! And yeah I didn't think they'd have one but they do, so its pretty lucky. Haven't received it yet but I'm excited to try it out. The quality looks really good.
It’s an automatic... 😂💀
Doodle Bob yeah! I figured why have a boring knob! Lol
What color is that?
502_STI the knob and shafts color called tarmac grey and the clamp color is called apex silver.
Im just now seeing this lol. How did you go about putting that on an automatic Ive been wanting to do this to my golf thats an automatic and cant seem to figure out how😂
Chase Engle what I did was take off my original one and threaded the shards with a tap and die kit, then just ordered the size I used from likewise.
@@kgmediaco I’m real late to this so idkk if you’ll respond but could you explain the thread you used for the tap and die and the whole process, I have a 2010 charger I’m trying to do this exact set up on.
@@adamtheriot5788 Hello! So what I did was when I removed my shift knob there is a shaft. I use a tap and die kit to make the shaft have threads so that it looked like a bolt. Then the company that I got the shifter smallest thread was 10mm. So I drilled a little deeper past the threads with a 6mm bit. Then I use the 8mm tap and die to create a 8mm female threaded sleeve so it would screw onto the shaft. It was not a perfect fit but luckily it tightened up pretty well.
@@kgmediaco so the shaft that the OEM shifter fits on it has a two sided flat part one either side was that the part you tapped and died or the cylindrical one
@@adamtheriot5788 I actually cut the flat spot off so I could have enough metal to tap. Risky move but it worked. Are you on Instagram?
