Guess he doesn't understand that he doesn't have a significant advantage over a champ that is not reliant on auto attack.

Thx for doing the tank Kata build. Makes me sad that it's so slow on the start but the unlimited scaling is there and combined with the Katarina's maneuverability it is truly something fascinating.
If you want more damage, even outright in the early game, I'd recommend trying out the AD+Attack-Speed+On-hit build. It's ult destroys everything in seconds (7100 damage from stats + on-hit effects of the items) + it has some nice sustain damage outside of it + it builds very nicely: BOTRK, Berserkers, Cracken, Wits, Rageblade, Dominik's, (6 Essence Reaver/Quickblades)

Tank Kata is probably the most expensive build. But when you get it rolling, it's rolling.

Bork and heart steal do a lot of damage on kat cause her passive and ult apply on hit effects. You can also go kraken rage blade on katarina and it works decent

Kat E AAs directly after, that's what procs Heart Steel. Kat Ult procs on-hit effects on every blade, it's why BotRK works so well. It's also why standard AP build went Nashor's first item.

Heartsteel with either or both demonic and titanic is fun. Wish they would add hybrid items back for a few champs like thresh that have dual scaling on skills.

AD Kata ult scales on 3 things: Attack speed, Bonus AD and on hit. The ult with following build does 7000+ damages on a dummy (1289% of bonus AD for 3621 phisical damges + on hits); 3040 dps:
1) Kraken
2) Botrk
3) PD
4) Wit's End
5) Stormrazor
6) Navori Quickblades
it's pretty fun against team without cc.
Gotta agree, Heartsteel procs are addictive.
Have you tried the infinte stacking whit Vigilant Wardstone? It's a slow build, but 12% to almoste all stats.

Now, we scale with shvyana and call it a day. To be the strongest dragon on the rift
The hard part is completing to the build. But once you get the three items, you are both the unstoppable force and the immovable object.

@@noblesarge9829 The practicality of the build always hold me back when I have to consider picking triscaling shyvana. But the fast pace of ARAM does favor these super carry types of build. You'll get the build in under 10 minutes regardless of how play and when you get there, it's a point and click adventure.
@@noblesarge9829 Alternatively, frostfire gauntlet is a good substitution for heartsteel, exchanging late game potential for an earlier powerspike. You won't have as much health using only grasp for hp scaling of course.

@@boogrs55 if you dont have force of nature which is earliest obtained as a third item on a normal rammus build and he has just liandrys he will do half of your healthbar in just e and r which are both point and click

YO ZWAG TESTED THE BUILD I SUGGESTED LESS GOOO.
Now all that's left is ad on hit attack soeed katarina, but he should do it after the buffs they're giving to the attack speed ratio on katarina ult. Kraken is back babyyy!! (Bork, kraken, wits end, rageblade, deaths dance/ldr/phantom dancer with berserkers greaves) build legit gives 3000%+ bonus ad scaling on kat ult.
At the end Chos Sunfire was doign 232 dmg per second lol

You should of grabbed grasp of the undying and whenever you *TELEPORTS BEHIND U* and smack em good, heartsteel would simply feed into the grasp of the undying.
Since kat is melee basically you'll get full use of that rune.

Zwag getting reckless... Almost all of his deaths are because he took too many turret shots.
I just wish one day you go full health instead of damage. Warmogs can give you a huge boost on heart steal. You’re killing them and ending the game early.
i have no respect for people that dont build AP mythic on Kat, but i will overlook it just this once
