gotta love the shout out from the man him self, one of the rare occasions i make it to twitch, also i know i don't speak for everyone but i love and always wanna see you win but it would watch a loss just as fast because of you calm collected demeanor and the way you break down the plays and the thoughts and the other possible out comes i think i and everyone else who truly watch's to learn can learn more form a loss then a win, just an opinion. i look forward to more of your climb GLHF
I wonder if there's a way to slide Wit's End into your builds. With enough tenacity you'd probably just need swiftness boots for the slow resist. Yorick wall isn't a cc either, but I guess the added normal attack speed would help destroy it faster.
Hey goliath have you ever tried to go hull breaker first i think it feels a little better than cleaver because if you get even 30 seconds on a tower with level 9 you can get 3 or 4 plates and it really helps you get to cleaver faster.
Yeah I do HB rush in some matchups, especially if I'm snowballing. I do agree it's insane if you get a kill or force them to back and take plates, but I think it's just hard to do in a lot of lanes.
I’ve been preferring Urgot as ADC. The support down there helps, Urgot beats most enemy adcs early, and then I can shut down the enemy bot lane to stop them from snowballing.
For those of you reading this comment, it's okay, it's normal to feel lonely sometimes, if you're going through tough times, keep trying, but never give up,
I'm not going to lie I feel like gargoyle being gone is a massive hit on Champs like urgot. Bruiser Champions need to be given more sustained late game so therefore they don't have to struggle with ignorant teammates that tend to throw with feeding kills to the opposing team. Bot Lane team competition metas shouldn't be the ones to determine if it's a free win from the very beginning based on the champion that you pick in soloQ.
This split has been brutal. I don’t mind ADC getting buffed cause I get it was in a bad spot, but they need to address bot lane snowballing because every game feels like a stomp in one direction and I think other roles’ agency suffers for it, and top is imo the biggest loser of that since it has the least amount of influence in how bot lane goes. I’m not gonna stop trying to improve cause obviously if I’m just plat I can always do better, but last split felt so much better
Have you tried running tenacity over the health scaling rune since they took out legend: tenacity? I’ve run a couple games on it when not building mercs and it’s been helpful while I barely notice the missing health. Curious if you’ve tried it or run it based on matchup at all
I liked watching this a lot. Just made it through the first match against Yorick and was genuinely excited to see if you win or lose. "Edge of my seat," kinda.
D2 last season, struggling to leave D4 now. Definitely feels tougher than last patch despite the crab maybe being a bit stronger overall. I like watching your losses as thats when I feel you can learn the most.
I got to master for the first time with urgot and sion (mostly sion). I most always go sterak's gage second. I find the tenacity and shielding does more then just the striaght. hullbreaker is nice but not every game.
I'll be honest, losses are fine. It's the gameplay that will make me stop watching a video. If someone is supposed to be a top tier player... and they feed/make terrible plays... that's when I'm out. But I've had uncountable good games that I lose because I think regardless of how good you are your team can always be much worse.
mistakes in first game: 1) you're shove lane when you should be freezing and then say "he plays so far back, i don't know what to do" 2) you ulted for no good reason during gank so WW couldnt Q or auto attack to heal and caused him to die 3) you solo'd rift herald while losing minions and your tower 4) you ulted to try and kill steal on a champ you didnt even hit once in a 4v1 5) you built and then grouped the rest of the game 6) i cant find any documentation about this but it seems if you get hit by the outer ring of yorick's cage, it roots you. it's supposed to displace for 0.25 seconds 7) if you click outside yoricks ring, there is no path to walk... your champion wont move. you need to click inside of it
1) Probably true sometimes, but Urgot struggles to freeze due to shotgun passive. Shoving is not the worst thing in some cases, when I say I don't know what to do, I should be saying I'm not sure how to kill him. 2) Idk I watched this back and I think I would've ulted again if I didn't know the outcome, this seems very close to say it's a mistake. 3) It's worth it here, this rift gives me way more than I lose. 4) fair point. I have bad ults sometimes. 5) idk what this means, I'm matching the splitpush and tping and grouping when necessary, I never do one or the other for the entire game. 6) it's a slight knockup and displacement. 7) It's specifically bugged with Urgot where he can't move around inside it sometimes, but sometimes he can, even when clicking out of the ring. There's not really much room to click around in within the ring.
First strike is amazing. I'm using this on my AP Shyv Mid one-trick and it's netting me so much every single game. Every E I hit early levels is 15gold guaranteed. Once I'm in ult, it gets closer to 50g depending on how the enemy is building. It's insane how much early game snowball one can accumulate.
@@Goliath_Games it'll be affected for sure, but as much as I enjoy the imbalance right now, I must admit that it'll be fairer to use for champions that don't hit many spells with their strike.
Rather it's wins or losses, both have their own useful tips and lessons to be learned from! Post as you please Goliath, I appreciate your content all the same even as someone who doesn't play Urgot. I can respect and admire the honest work you put into your videos!
Yep I'm feeling that. I think absorb life actually helped out the laning phase quite a bit. It's still hard to stomp lane with him but can definitely survive it easier now it feels like.
I don't mind the loses, it's going to sound cheap, but that's life and, well climbing too, we all win and lose, at least you try to learn something from the loss. Love the content man, I watch you everyday on my lunch time
@@Goliath_Games Nah brother thank you, I started to play Urgot and ranked thanks to You, keep it up. I'll try to come around the stream One of these days.
Don’t mind losses at all.
Also, one day you gotta go cleaver, kraken, *and* bork. The ultimate tank-shredder build!
Yeah I still need to test that out, sounds fun vs a mundo
The losses also show us how a good player plays from behind too. There is a lot to learn from that.
I’d rather watch you lose a competitive game than watch your team completely stomp
That 5 man sleep Lillia made during the last game vs. Darius was so nasty. Completely turn the game around.

post the good games outcomes be dammed. Its also like a surprise when we see a loss every now and then

Yorick wall isn't a cc either, but I guess the added normal attack speed would help destroy it faster.
I remember when I was playing Arena (I forgot the champ) but I got around 80 tenacity and I barely felt Lissandra ult.

Losses or wins don’t matter as long as there’s the chill monster hunter music in the background lol
I love this types of videos, tx 4 the intro
Appreciate it, thanks for watching!
What do you think about urgot mid? Has it got any potential
It's good if you vs a melee assassin but bad vs control mages imo, and control mages seem to be more prevalent in the meta atm.
Yeah my games recently have been decided by botlane. Either my adc gets fed and takes over, or theirs do
Hiiii new to your channel I'm nice too lol 😆 glad I found you I play urgot in wild rift
Sweet. Welcome to the channel!
Is that monster hunter music

warmogs overlord black cleaver
sorry and have 2 health runes it's so safe and scales hard.
Morroc🎉
i want new urgot skin the last one was 8-9months ago
the last one was like 2022 ago
You are probably thinking of some custom skin 😅 Official skin was much longer than that (Fright Night)
@@highnoon2844 well i wasnt playing a long time so i thought its new.i have all skins for Urgot and almost all chromas
I’m struggling to climb as well #bronze4lyfe
Zwei is fxxking busted.
you lost first match for leaving your lane. Urgots job is to destroy turrets. Simple
Who complains about the losses weirdos
the losses are better, at least we can learn what we can do in those matches
The way league is rn, not much. Play a ranged champion
Share it all we love to watch it
I dont mind the losses
I mind 😠 (my elo been wood 43)
I do
League has felt very unfun lately. The meta is ranged champs and there is no reason to play bruisers or juggernauts.

Yeah, I really miss gargoyles. Liked it much more than Jak'Sho
Good Video, have the same feeling with the meta 👍

I tried it once when it first came out and I didn't notice much of a difference, but one game is also not enough. I'll give it some more testing.

Glad I'm not the only one struggling. Sucks when you're 3-0 decent CS and the enemy ADC is the same lvl as me
I was playing Rise while having you video as backround noise, and when Pokke theme sgarted i thought it was Rise and i went wtfff. Nice theme song
