Wait so they’re going to replace one mistake with another, why would you discontinue the 4 and 8 series for the 6, granted the newer 4 series looks horrible but all you have to do is go back to its previous design….you know the one that everyone loves, the 8 as is and just bring back the 6 series. The 6 series IMO was the perfect series especially its M version just bring that back and they’ll fine. I don’t know but It seems like bmw is intentionally trying to sabotage their brand and it makes no sense.

It depends where you live - the 6GT is made in Germany but no longer imported to North America, Australia or most of. Europe. You can buy one in Germany, India or China. I have a 640i GT 4 wheel drive and it’s a great car to drive 4 people and their luggage in speed and comfort with the 2 axle air suspension option.

Best advice would be to just go with a X5, something like a 40i or better. If your market same as ours, depreciation will be half of the GT and you can resell it in minutes.

The reason why any of the GT series did not sell was that they were UGLY! And if this design, a 6 Series Coupe/sedan was ever made with the front view as shown, it would meet the same fate as it is even uglier than it's predecessors. What is going on at BMW with more design directions than the London subway, and a clear lack of a defined and individual design ethos. Little grills, then big grills, then no that's wrong so lets go mid-size, and all in a little over 5 years! Re-think needed urgently.
