I signed up for this at my dr.s office months ago. showed my identification and everything and now i have to go thru all this bullshit to see my own info? no, i won't be using this myDH portal. it sucks i hate it.
You have to get an invitation from your doctor once you have your invitation and register all you chart is downloaded. The doctors cannot upload directly to your chart since follow my health is a program not an office specific communication. Video walk through are sometimes hard to learn from. I use the app as a patient and as a provider and I am pleased with it. The one downside it does not seem to work properly on Mac products from what my patients have told me.

The option to cancel an appointment is gone from follow my health portal. I keep seeing instructionsform the user guide on how to cancel appointments from follow my health, but its not there. When calling the office, there are 31 callers ahead of me. They need to fix the portal

It's stupid . . . have been trying to "connect" grandma's acct without success. I do remember that when I created/connected my account, it took them (FollowMyHealth) 3-7 days to syn and populate. Found out after creating my acct, and giving up after a considerable time, and returned 7 days later. Moral of Story: Return in 7 days and see if it works . . . :P
People you just don't get your stuff you have to sign a release with your doctor and then when your doctor has time and if he uses the program they have to upload your information it does not magically appear there
The app works on my laptop, but not on my tablet!!! I have watched the STUPID walk-through 9 times now and I now have several notices that I haven't finished my first time walk through! I can't get to the home page to my records where I can add and change things. This app sucks. If it worked on my tablet it would be great. In the program under conditions heading, you can't add some things and the same problem on the medications section with types and dosages. PLEASE FIX THIS APP SO IT WORKS LIKE IT SHOULD!!!
This video discriminates against deaf and hard of hearing people because there are no closed captions. How are we suppose to understand what is being said when there are no captions or alternately a written transcript. The captions generated by google/youtube, aka "Craptions", make the video hard to understand. Please fix this discrimination.
If you took as long to use your eyes as you did to assume the ppl that made this video are intentionally discriminating against you then you'd have seen the little CC button at the bottom right of the window and understood that stands for closed caption. It literally took me 3 seconds to figure out how to get subtitles. Jeesh Johnson relax, not everyone is out to get you. Probably a millennial.

I HATE this supposedly 'easy to use portal'. It sucks. It's hard to use. NOTHING is showing up for my records. You want to charge me to verify my own cell number???? I hate it. I will be calling my dr.'s office from now on. the other window was perfectly easy to use and I could always get my things done with it. I HATE THIS. myDH portal is useless.
