I love this so much. I commend you and Emma Cary’s boldness and vulnerability, stepping out in faith this year and not competing. I live not far from you in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, and would love to do the same thing here where I live. I currently coach a group of ladies who can’t afford to join the Crossfit sphere but still want to be coached and encouraged and poured into. We call it “F3” firm foundation fitness. It truly is so much more than fitness, though, it’s a safe space, we pray for each other and lean on each other and leading them through a workout is just icing on the cake! I’m not on social media otherwise I would reach out through one of those platforms to somehow get connected! I’m sure you’ll never actually read this comment, but I figured it was worth a shot. You truly radiate the goodness of Christ and I hope to meet you one day!

What an exciting adventure and how wonderful that you are able to do this with your family. Another blessing is being able to share your faith and how it has helped guide you.
