The KZ2 fottage has one big advantage that you really do not have to speed it up to make it seems fast in video as the kz kart is insanely fast already :D.... You can either check the time on the video and at some parts you can also see the laptime on my telemetry (in the middle of the wheel). And Actually during this race weekend the lap record of 51,434 was set by my dear teammate Dominik Stritesky, who is leading the race during the footage. The weekend after during czech championship I set the unoffical laprecord of 51.234 (speedhive.mylaps.com/Sessions/4559797) so i just wanted to say that I am not such a backmarker :D...

@ Oh no worries mate! To be honest even we thought that the gopro made it somehow speeded up, but it is trully not :D. In my opinion it's a combination of the track profile (ton of corners, where the kz is just insane due to mechanical grip) and I think the original footage was in 4K60FPS, but I had to scale it down to 1080@30 for YT. That might also make a difference but I do not have that much knowledge in that regard... :D
aaah... not quite true, its CIK KZ2: 175kg - and 6 speed kz2 engine produces about 50hp's on 125ccm two stroke engine with about 15000rpm max with a max torgue at about 12500 rpm. 30mm carburator dellorto. The driving of this guy is super smooth though! im so impressed.
Notice how much distance the leader was able to gain early because of the battle for second... Not sure if that was the end of the race; if so nice try catching up - could have easily been your race to win.

This is ridiculously fast! How much horsepower do these have? I guess the weight will be around 200 kilos?
not even.. kz karts have about 50hp i believe and i think they weigh about 130-150 kilos

What is the small switch/valve on the right side of the steering wheel? Looks like it's connected to the fuel system?!?!?!
You can adjust the carburators fuel to air ratio
Exactly as Bluric said. It is very good feature especially for races during the hot weather. It can cool down the exhaust gases by 20 °C.
Is this only for kz motors or can it be used on motocross engines as well? Thanks!
Technically yes, you can. Just one more thing that this switch is connected to the OUTPUT pipe from the carburator to fuel tank.
