Pilates for the New Year

  • The end of one year and beginning of a new one is a good time to reflect and set ourselves intentions for the months ahead. One of my intentions is to remember that whatever is going on, i can come to the mat to connect with my breath and physical sensations in order to create a sense of physical and mental well-being.
    This gentle class is a perfect way to start the new year, and will re-balance the body, especially if the festive season has left you feeling unbalanced.
