      @@HebrewBibleStudy. Let us not forget his word SPECULATION. You have taken someone’s speculation and turned it into someone else’s inspiration. This is how people change the word of God. They take what is written and from their IMAGINATION add speculation which eventually becomes facts to some people. An example right now is people who IMAGINE that the sin in the garden was sexual between Eve and Lucifer. It doesn’t say that, but a people are imagining it. One said that the fruit of the tree was grapes. God called the fruit of the tree the knowledge of good and evil. That man imagined that Eve and Adam became inebriated on the grapes. Grapes don’t grow on trees. He didn’t mention that. There is nothing in Genesis or anywhere else in the Bible that says the first couple got drunk. Then he theorizes that their drunken state led Eve to have sex with Satan apparently in front of her husband. Or maybe it was a threesome. I’m only mentioning this because, although there is nothing wrong with speculation, there is a real problem with building on speculation. You said let’s have some fun and we can speculate. I have no problem with that, but building on that is wrong.

    • @HebrewBibleStudy
      @HebrewBibleStudy  11 месяцев назад +1

      @@mchevalier-seawell4438 The “fun” and “speculation” was build on the solid interpretation, not vice versa friend. Thanks for your concern though. It is a worthy concern. But I spent about half the video discussing the plain interpretation and then moved on to the other (which fit with the plain interpretation).

      @@HebrewBibleStudy You did well. There is a difference between examining the letters and their meanings while humbly saying you are being cautious and speculating based on imagination. Messiah said not a single jot or tittle will pass away. So even the smallest movement of our writing utensil to make the letters have deep meaning. We simply need to humble ourselves before His Spirit to learn at the feet of our Rabbi.

      Thank you for sharing! Yes, the most excepted idea about the history of Hebrew is that the Proto-Sinaitic pictographs (A.K.A. Mosaic Hieroglyphs) preceded the Paleo letters.

    My dictionary suggests "triliteral" = three letters, whereas "trilateral" = three sides. Which are we to apple to Hebrew words?

    • @HebrewBibleStudy
      @HebrewBibleStudy  10 месяцев назад

      I use “trilateral” for Hebrew words. It can be applied to “sides” “parties” “words” etc.

      I looked this up a little more and see that “triliteral” and “trilateral” can be used. Here is one Hebrew website that uses “trilateral.”

    One Semitic scholar has said that Hebrew proper names never have a definite article, whereas in Genesis 2:7, both instances of 'adam have the definite article ha-, meaning 'the human" or 'humankind'. The name 'Adam may derive from ha'adam. Could you, please, explain this further?

    • @HebrewBibleStudy
      @HebrewBibleStudy  10 месяцев назад

      Adam was initially used to refer to “the man.” The scholar was correct. Later, what Adam was (“the man”) become his proper name, “Adam.” (See Genesis 3:17, 21; 4:25 for example). There was a definite article at first but not later. Great question! I hope that helps!

    Ive always interpret it as Hashem made us aleph "spirit" and the dom "blood" refering to they we are more than just bodies. And "Ben Adam" aka son of man as "ben=son alpeh= God dom=flesh/blood/incarnate. Meaning hes son of God in flesh. Curious ur thoughts. I really like your take on the paleo reversal i didnt see that

      Well said brother! I think those are great insights. The Word of God is a deep pool.
      Hebrews 4:12
      For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

    I recently heard an interesting teaching from Rabbi Manis Friedman, who thaught about the nothingness, that men were created from, while women were taken out of the men and thus "felt like someone" while men felt that nothingness of the dust and thus needed to accomplish something in there lives to diminish those feelings..... Very deep.

    Water reflects. Aleph is the power of God flowing through his created mind and reflecting himself which is remembered in the sea. Adam is the growing memory of God. A gradual revealing of God into a seperated awareness that grows up.
    The humans that come before Adam are the connected thought that remembers God within Adam.
    Eve was the higher consciousness that instigated self awareness. It is this part of the mind that copied God's creation by reflecting itself internationally and in so doing, turned away from the direct connection to God.
    Adam held thought of God which was symbolized by the garden. Like our mind it had to be maintained and cared for.
    Water flowed through the garden which fed the plants and its fruit with the reflection of God which was absorbed. Adam saw the fruit and tasted it or experienced it and by eating it, absorbed it within himself and it becomes part of Adams body or mind.
    Eve takes from the direct source and reflects on what is absorbed. This is then seen in Adam.
    Eve has two thoughts. Caine or self and Abel which is good thought.
    They fight and we are left with self thought which is a false awareness without God's true thought and understanding.
    White blood is reflection of God while red blood is human memory trying to understand ourself.
