      No, ChatGPT itself cannot generate 3D models. It's a text-based AI model and doesn't have the capability to create or manipulate 3D objects. Generating 3D models would require specialized software and tools designed for 3D modeling and design.

      Kurta Digitizer is the fastest way. That is old school but still works. I do believe Lee-Mac has a 3 line Autolisp script that will put a hidden line in between two solid lines. You then use your puck to trace the map layed out on the digitizer. You will want a 36 x 48 digitizer for that. Autodesk forums still support digitizers.

    With all due respect, stairs rise height and other and other things that are not related to structural design should definitely not be designed by a civil engineer!! Stairs design are major part of the architectural design and can affect and/or can be affected every other unit(room, etc). You can not just simply use a script that will find the number of riser or riser height for you and design your stairs only using that.

    • @antoniiocaluso1071
      @antoniiocaluso1071 11 месяцев назад

      why not, please? if its a unique design element, that's always the perogative of the designer. but the basic geometry of stair calculations are immutable, and its fools that dare err from their guidance :-) my concern is making them least-wasteful of floor living space, and making them "fade" into the room's elements (even lifting-up or folding. its a challenge :-). But, please expand on your comment's concerns! happy day from SW FL, USA!

    Too complicated, if you're an architect or an engineer you should know how to work a calculator
    Say: ffl to ffl is 3m. You would like to have risers of 170mm. 3000 /170 =17,6 risers you should know if you'd rather have bigger riser then you go for 17 risers if you don't want to have smaller risers than 170 then you go for 18 risers. So 3000/18=166,666mm risers. That is done in less than 20 seconds. And if you've been doing this for a few years you don't even have to do anything it should be in your head. If you design your building according to 170mm risers then 18 risers will give you a ffl to ffl of 3060mm. And if you really want do it properly do a small Excell sheet that will work it out in seconds. You can do risers treads anything you need.

    waste of time. Although it calculated wrong at the last. how a 10 fet height building has 35 no of risers of 7 inches. use common sense. and you can find it by simply dividing building height with the height of each riser. and almost those are 17 or 18 risers.
