how try to glith behind the bamboo where crow is, you can glitch through that wall to get past the dog, then you can get the fish at the store and the fisherman fish, then you can start climbing to the top
It's a bug, where sometimes one (or more) of your energy bars won't display. Happens if you eat a fish too fast. No idea if this was fixed or not since I played. You can see that I only ever have 1 bar of energy filled, when I have 2 bars. To be clear, this is a visual-only bug. You can't climb if you have no energy... I had energy, it just wasn't showing.
