This was a great, detailed review! This sounds like exactly what I need for aircraft maintenance. Sounds like a good alternative to a Streamlight, that most guys carry. I think I will order one.
Two that I like and use often is the Eton Elite Executive: ruclips.net/video/YXrTKxo7wtA/видео.html , the other is a XHData D-808: ruclips.net/video/qAlLvsgpl9w/видео.html
Hej Todderbert thanks for the video I probably choose Sofirn TF84 but, sofirn SP 35 is nice also and nice to have a larger battery capacity. I do not own a sofirn flashlight but I think they seem to be well built and robust. So considering buying such a flashlight maybe a small model and, a larger model for different purposes take care and have a nice weekend.
Sofirn is well accepted in the flashlight community. The quality is fantastic. I carry a AAA light, and take the TF84 on walks. I would use this light for extended off the grid trips.
@@todderbert Hej Todderbert thanks for the info like what i see in sofirn flashlights durable and robust. I had a maglite police flashlight in the 90's you know the, biggest model with a belt holder it had a good light but I thought it was so clumsy and heavy. So yes gonna look around and see what they have take care Mr.Todderbert from the other side of the large pool.
My daughter gave me one of the Sofrin SP33's this past Christmas. It would be interesting to see your evaluation of that flashlight in comparison to the SP35 as they are nearly identical in price. The SP33 is also a great flashlight, never thought 3500 lumens would be available in such a small package.

Thanks

I like it but give it a 1/4 turn because it has a high button and can be turned on in pocket. Excellent general purpose light with good throw.
You can actually lock the button out but clicking it 4 times rapidly while it’s off. Then the on/off button is disabled
