According to this forum thread, it's possible to put the flat crystal from SBBN045 on an SBBN031: www.watchuseek.com/threads/sbbn045-tuna-and-backwards-compatibility.5249479/ Therefore it should be possible to fit the crystal on an SBBN007 as well. However, I'm afraid I don't know the part number of an SBBN045 crystal or how much it costs - sorry.
