then follow these two steps. 1- Check by signing out and the re-login again. 2- Check Startup Programs. if its there then stop it and then try to delete the folder 3- Reboot your PC after Step 2. 4- Most of the time if a program is running, then upon closing the program, it may take some time to exit from everywhere. so wait for a moment. if still doesn't work, then let me know. Open your antivirus and exclude the following path from scanning by antivirus. C:\users\your-user\AppData\local\wondershare\ after excluding the path mentioned, your Antivirus won't scan the path.. that's it
i accomplished all thi ok, I then thought I would test if it removed the activation so I can put the program on a different PC. However it was automatically activated. So something was missed. All entries as you mentioned were definitely deleted leaving no Wondershare. Any ideas
@@infotech33 Hi, Yes rebooted PC. I noticed when i uninstalled the program it went to the web site and also when I had reinstalled it went to the web site. So I went through your process again but with the Internet disconnected. It flagged null internet pages obviously, however when checking activation after opening the program it was not activated :) So I can only assume the web site has some image of my PC as i even did it again with Express VPN putting me incognito in a diff country but back came an auto activation. Doing it OFFLINE got rid of the Auto Activation even when reconnected and program restarted. Interesting. !

I was able to uninstall it. The reason it was not uninstalling was because it kept on saying that it was open in another tab. @@infotech33

At step 4 I am not able to delete Filmora. My system says it is open in another folder. I am stuck there, I cant find the other folder. Help please
then follow these two steps.

I would like to uninstall Wondershare Filmora 12, but my antivirus software removed the uninstall app. How can I do step#1?

@@infotech33 Thanks. I think I downloaded it from the official page, but Malwarebytes marked the uninstall file as a virus.
Okay let me tell you ...

Do clear the cache of your internet browser or reset to factory default settings
I hope it will work ..
